I was told It would take 2 or 3 days to fix the alternator for my car and 4 hours later they text me and said my car was fixed and ready to go! “I called around for places to replace the front windshield on my Firebird, and when they answered the phone here and asked if it had T-Tops or not, I knew I had the right place. Fast foward about six months, some plastic trim around the windshield had come loose. I gave them a call, and they took a look at it and had me back on my way in 30 minutes. They even reattatched my driver's side door window weather strip after it snapped out when I was changing the window regulator while I was there, and didn't charge for it. Superb work and they take care of their customers.”

“I didn’t want to make this post but I am, I took my car down to LOCAL WHEEL AND TIRE off Rodgers Avenue in July, they did my alignment, my steering wheel was offset to the right, I took the car back 3 TIMES for them to fix it and they failed to do so, they told me I had a control arm “broke” which is why they couldn’t align it, nothing was broke, they kept making excuses on how they couldn’t “fix my caster”, I spent 100$ for them to align it and NEVER again will I let them or have someone go to them for it, I went through 2 tires due to the alignment on my car, I have reached out to them and asked for a refund for there worthless alignment they gave me, they refused to do ANYTHING about it, I took my car to PHOENIX AVENUE TIRE, and they Did an AMAZING job, Coltin, Larry Arnold and Jerimy Starkweather WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my alignment done and I will go to them for now on! I have posted below the before is local wheel and tire and the after is Phoenix Avenue tire! Thank you Phoenix Avenue tire!”

“Went in to have tire pressure system looked at because I had the notification lights on my dash and the tires were good on air , Bruce went above and beyond , great customer service and super friendly, I felt as though I had been going in their forever or like I've known them forever, They had to replace all 4 tire pressure sensors and reset the tire pressure system, Didn't cost as much as other places quoted me and some of the best service I've seen in an auto shop... thanks again Bruce and the crew at Jim Grizzle...”

“Got timing belt changed. Decent turnaround time. They didn't have old belt to show me so that felt very off. Very unlikely the two are related but my shifter cable came loose the next day. There was an older man that answered the phone that talked me through some of what I already knew but he didn't get defensive when I posed the question if it could have been related.”

“I have been a customer at Grizzle's for about 5 years now. I am 75, female, with no one close enough to help me.
I've been in there at least three times with concerns about my car, like a clicking sound, grinding breaks and such.
They could have told me I need new break pads, roters, or something in the moter that is causing the knocking sound.
They throughly check my car. Each time it was nothing for me to be concerned about. They assure me that it is alright, safe to drive, and not to worry. They have never charged me a cent for checking it, although the mechanic spent his time on it. They absorbed the cost.
Folks, esp. Ladies that are alone like me that know nothing at all about cars, please take your business here.
They treat you like family. Like mom needs her car fixed, get on it now! Also, they do 1st there 1st serve, so you don't have to wait days for your appointment.
