“I thot I needed New tires by what I was told previously ..when I went to Jim Grizzle Tire for a new set which wud have been over $1000..the Mgr proceeded to tell me I had plenty of tread left n spoke to me bout how much I use the vehicle..I had done what was suggested n saved myself almost $1000..I thank him for his honesty..y'all take ur vehicles to Jim Grizzle he didn't Have to be honest..I appreciate what they did for me yesterday..im 74yrs of age n they clearly cud have taken advantage of me but Didn't..thank u employees of Jim Grizzle Tires. “I had an accident with my 2010 Kawasaki Concours 14. Broken headlight and plastics around headlight. Thought the bike wasn't worth repairing but started looking for parts anyway. Used parts and Ebay weren't a lot of help so I started looking for parts here. I contacted them about availability and if the fairing and fender were available in Blue. Justin assured me he could get the painted parts and everything else I needed was available.
Parts arrived in a timely manner (except for one small back ordered bracket). Justin kept me up to date on that part and when it would ship. Everything arrived well packaged and undamaged. Now I can get the bike back together before the weather turns.
I want to thank Justin for his help and great communication throughout the whole process. I will do business with them again if I need them in the future. If you need parts ask for Justin!”

“They had the tires I needed. Were very courteous and helpful. I went for just 1 tire, but they agreed when I noticed that the other tire looked almost as bad as the tire I was replacing. I was so glad they actually had a pair of matching tires.”
“Got timing belt changed. Decent turnaround time. They didn't have old belt to show me so that felt very off. Very unlikely the two are related but my shifter cable came loose the next day. There was an older man that answered the phone that talked me through some of what I already knew but he didn't get defensive when I posed the question if it could have been related.”

They did an excellent job, they did end up breaking my oil filler cap on the top of the engine, and they drove to Little Rock the same day to get me a replacement. I’m very pleased with their service and their price was incredible, less than half the price of the dealership”

“I had already selected my tires via text with James and had the price worked out. Process was easy, I signed everything via e_doc, James went over everything. The price may seem like a lot but with all the services included for either a year (which only costs $54 to extend for another year), 18 mos or the life of the tire (depends on which service as to how long it's good for) makes it well worth the price in my opinion. Balancing, alignment, repairs, roadside assistance and if it's damaged beyond just repair, they'll order a new one. My tires are beautiful, brand new and exactly what I wanted for my car.”
