“I noticed a bad odor in my car and discovered water logged carpet in the floor board. A car detailer recommended TCG due to their expertise in wet carpet remediation, removal and re installation.
- TCG asked to see the car to give an accurate estimate. All seats had to be removed in order to get carpet totally removed for cleaning and drying.
- TCG was in constant contact during remediating wet carpet removal and re installation and provided pictures of what was being done. Mold was found and remediated.
- TCG checked all drains in floor board and sun roof and fixed 1 of the drains that was clogged.
- TCG provided a quick turnaround. No smell and reinstalled carpets and seats perfectly.
