The women at the front desk on Saturday 6/8 had horrible customer service. We went in for a pal loan that takes 10-15 minutes tops to complete and we were told that “people called in so unless you have an appointment we can’t help you”. After saying this she continued to type away, ignoring that we were asking for help. This branch was not busy and no one else that were waiting for help. The women could have easily assisted us in getting the pal loan and then rolled her eyes. She needs do better.

Brandi at this Moore location is the sweetest and best employee at TFCU!!! I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS had issues getting my deposits into the right account and brandi always makes sure to double check and do it! and if she messes up she apologizes and fixes it right away! No other teller ( ESPECIALLY AT THE MIDWEST CITY LOCATION THEY ARE TERRIBLE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH) is kind every time I go in, even when making a mistake. Brandi you deserve so many extra brownie points because if it wasn’t for her amazing work ethic and personality I would have left Tinker!

Been a member here since 1985 . . . Customer service isn't exactly their strongest area. Recently got a home equity line of credit, and the process was delayed by 10-14 days because the loan office I was dealing with was out sick for a week, and no one else on the entire staff could take over where she left off; despite repeated requests, I had to wait until she returned to work. Something to keep in mind; TFCU is a lot like dealing with a military finance office. If you're a veteran, you know what I mean.

Always a great experience. Have been banking with TFCU for 10 years and have used them for 5 auto loans and 2 refinances as well as 4 personal loans. I keep coming back for a reason.

I am not one to write reviews. I just had to google “how to write a google review”, but I hate this establishment with such a fiery passion that I can’t not let others know what they’re in for if they decide to become a member.Expect long waits. Like really, really long waits. They will often open multiple drive through lanes but only have one or two tellers. So even if the line isn’t long, the average wait time we’ve experienced over the last 5.5 years is about 20-30 minutes. For a basic deposit. Nothing complicated.Expect to not be helped when there is an issue. Our account has randomly locked us out, so I tried to call and get help. The call was sent to a automated service and the wait time hovers around 45-57 minutes. I went in person to get help and was added to a list with 7 people in front of me. They could not estimate my wait time.I cannot calculate how much time has been wasted here waiting on basic services. We will be switching banks ASAP.

Their customer service is terrible! It’s hard for me to understand why a person has to waste their whole morning waiting on the phone for help with an account!! I guess I am gonna have to go down in person to talk to someone. I have been waiting over an hr on the phone!

The drive thru is exceptionally slow, it doesn't matter what time you get there. Other than that they're pretty much like every other bank/union I've dealt with.

The worst Tinker I’ve ever dealt with! Apparently I can’t go through and send my money up bc they only have one employee working at the window which isn’t my problem that’s a hiring problem! If the branch can’t handle their work load they should look into hiring more people! Then the attendant was rude at that! I normally have a great experience at all the other branches but this one specifically it never fails to be an issue! They also never verify with me how much money I sent up before counting my money nor do they ask where I want my money to be deposited like the other branches so I end up having to call customer service! I think it’s quite ridiculous I have to drive to a farther branch due to poor customer service!
