The customer service is excellent and the people who work in the Muskogee store are really nice and very knowledgeable. They know you by name. The manager works with her crew consistently. They are awesome. If you need a phone company I highly recommend Cricket in Muskogee.

Went and got a phone case and screen protector. No visible signage saying no refunds or exchanges. Manager tells me after sale and I find out case doesn’t fit that receipt says all sales are final. Well ain’t dat a blip! I gave model number too. So out of 44 bucks. What a jip!!!!

I have never had a more pleasant experience! I bought 2 new phones & Eathan & Tyanna were there to save the day! These 2 were amazing! So friendly & knowledgeable! I just can't say enough about how awesome they were! If only all customer service was this great! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! My husband & I love our new phones! I had to go there to buy a replacement phone the only issue I had with the experiences the phone I bought was supposed to come with a case and a screen protector and I didn't have the regular screen protector so I had to get some liquid screen which I know nothing about

We've had Cricket for a couple of years and upgraded to the Hot Spot plan a couple of days ago. Today my husband and I woke up to our service being "suspended" and unable to call or text anyone. We have never once missed a payment or been late. Apparently we upgraded our service on the day our bill was due and the $10 charge was not added to the bill and we were not informed by corporate or anyone. So, instead of informing us our service was cut off for $10, we had to pay an addition $20 fee to reactivate our service. Yes, it's only $30, but the fact we were not informed that the upgrade we thought we had paid for was not added to our bill is very frustrating and will more than likely be looking for another service. Not to mention all the dropped calls we get in town.

I dislike new owners they don't seem to have an issue price gouging long standing customers. I miss Madewell they are always good to customers. Thank u for reaching out after roughly 15 yrs being a cricket customer through madewells recently I was told they would sell me a phone at double the price when I said no they said well u can order online or not get the fone. It hurt.
