This Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer provides excellent customer service. The staff are really nice, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They are always friendly and work consistently as a crew. Customers report never leaving without their questions or issues being completely resolved, describing the experience as pleasant and awesome. The service is highly recommended. In one instance, a purchased phone did not include the expected regular screen protector. Overall, the team is respectful and a pleasure to do business with, making it by far the best customer service around.
