“I will start off by saying if you go here, talk with Stephanie or the gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) that works there. There is another lady in the office, that in my opinion is rude and unprofessional. My husband decided to go Regal and look at a car, we first spoke with Stephanie she was very nice and nice explained how everything worked and answered the questions we had. We went back a couple of weeks later to get a car and my husband had went in to ask if the car could be unlocked, he started off speaking with a lady (I do not know her name) that gave him the keys. We went inside and the lady in the office was rude and seemed to have an attitude, she asked if we wanted to test drive it and then acted like it was killing her to set everything up for the test drive. When we came back with the car, Stephanie was in the office so we started speaking with her. She did all of our paperwork and explained how everything worked, the other lady kept giving dirty looks and having an attitude for whatever reason. The process was very smooth and relatively quick and we left with the car. Approximately two weeks later the engine light came on and my husband set it up to get looked at, that process was quick and simple! Yesterday 8/12/26 I dropped it off and gave the keys to a nice gentleman in the office, that gentleman called my husband today and told him it was fixed and ready for pickup. I went to pick it up and again the lady in the office was very rude! I found their phone on the bench outside and brought it inside with me, I simply said I found your phone outside so I’m putting it here and laid it on the desk. She looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and said “and? It was fine!”. I was confused by her attitude and just said ok. She had a bad attitude and asked what I needed help with, I told her that I was there to pick up my car. She asked the name and I told her my husbands name, the nice gentleman there came out with my keys and a paper and said here’s your keys and I just need your autograph. I walked over to sign the paper and get the keys and the lady walked over and stood right on top of me and again with an attitude said her husband would need to sign that and pick up the car, she can’t pick it can she!? He told her yes that I can pick up the car and gave me the keys. So long story short, great service from Stephanie and the gentleman that works there! The other lady needs to learn customer service and how be at least somewhat professional, her attitude was absolutely uncalled for and in my opinion it will cost them a lot of business!”

“I’ve been researching different model cars for a month. I had 4 different models I wanted to drive..one was an Armada. Nissan of Muskogee had the exact one I wanted. Since it was my first of my researched cars to drive, I had no plans to purchase the car that day. My husband and I drove about 45 min to Muskogee. I had called before to make sure the car was still available and Cody answered the phone. He had the car ready and pulled up to the front when we got there. He explained so much about the car before I test drove it. As I was driving, I decided the Armada was the car I wanted….Cody was so professional and fun to deal with. Mike, the finance guy, was also very professional and great to deal with. Since I bought the car 3 days ago, Cody has texted me twice checking on me and also answered a text I sent. I highly recommend Nissan of Muskogee. The price of the Armada was under MSRP, and Cody and Mike made the drive worth it!”

“I had a great experience at Poor Boy's Salvage Yard in Muskogee. The owner, Allen, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to make sure that you find the right parts for your car. The prices are super reasonable, & the inventory is large. I would definitely recommend Poor Boy's Salvage Yard to anyone who needs auto parts.”

“We bought our second car from the James Hodge Auto Group in Muskogee. We ordered a maverick over a year ago and it came in today. We are so pleased with James Hodge Ford & Hyundai. See Brad if you're in the market for a new vehicle. He is a Christian and you can believe what he tells you. Everyone was so professional and everything was like they said it would be. Sean, the finance manager, made the paperwork a breeze and explained all of our warranty options & got us out quickly. Even the General Manager stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. Give them a chance before you buy. You won't be disappointed!”

“@Sally Thomas and others, Carport City does NOT and has NEVER offered financing. There is a carport business next door called Amazing Structures that does. This carport business does not have a sign for their business except for on their trucks. The owner has been in a lot of trouble for bad business practices, you can google that company to read more.”

“Went today (6/15/26) to look at three cars for our daughter. Was met by Levi. We told him which cars we wanted to look at. He showed where they were and let us look on our own. Once we decided which cars we wanted to test drive, he gave us the keys and off we went. Now for the fun part. We went to fill out the paperwork, however their internet was down due to a truck hitting a utility pole. Thought we were going to have to come back the next day. Nope. Between Levi and his dad, they figured a workaround and we were able to drive the car home. Great experience and definitely recommend!”
