Used Cars in Muskogee, OK

“I will start off by saying if you go here, talk with Stephanie or the gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) that works there. There is another lady in the office, that in my opinion is rude and unprofessional. My husband decided to go Regal and look at a car, we first spoke with Stephanie she was very nice and nice explained how everything worked and answered the questions we had. We went back a couple of weeks later to get a car and my husband had went in to ask if the car could be unlocked, he started off speaking with a lady (I do not know her name) that gave him the keys. We went inside and the lady in the office was rude and seemed to have an attitude, she asked if we wanted to test drive it and then acted like it was killing her to set everything up for the test drive. When we came back with the car, Stephanie was in the office so we started speaking with her. She did all of our paperwork and explained how everything worked, the other lady kept giving dirty looks and having an attitude for whatever reason. The process was very smooth and relatively quick and we left with the car. Approximately two weeks later the engine light came on and my husband set it up to get looked at, that process was quick and simple! Yesterday 8/12/26 I dropped it off and gave the keys to a nice gentleman in the office, that gentleman called my husband today and told him it was fixed and ready for pickup. I went to pick it up and again the lady in the office was very rude! I found their phone on the bench outside and brought it inside with me, I simply said I found your phone outside so I’m putting it here and laid it on the desk. She looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and said “and? It was fine!”. I was confused by her attitude and just said ok. She had a bad attitude and asked what I needed help with, I told her that I was there to pick up my car. She asked the name and I told her my husbands name, the nice gentleman there came out with my keys and a paper and said here’s your keys and I just need your autograph. I walked over to sign the paper and get the keys and the lady walked over and stood right on top of me and again with an attitude said her husband would need to sign that and pick up the car, she can’t pick it can she!? He told her yes that I can pick up the car and gave me the keys. So long story short, great service from Stephanie and the gentleman that works there! The other lady needs to learn customer service and how be at least somewhat professional, her attitude was absolutely uncalled for and in my opinion it will cost them a lot of business!”

“I rated it a 1 only because there wasn’t a 0 rating, after many years of patronage I am very disappointed with this dealership. I left a service appointment on 12/26/2025 upset and dissatisfied.

Edited : I was personally contacted by the dealership this morning and the issue has been resolved, I was wrong for thinking that I was being blown off and not taken seriously. For that I apologize to the guys in service.”

“They have different varieties of vehicles but you buy as they are dependent on what you find in the vehicle you never know what items or stuff like that you may find depending on what type of vehicle you want or have but they do have good vehicles but I do recommend looking animals before purchasing and see how you like them I meant to say to look at them before purchasing them see how it feels and runs depending on what that vehicle is in what you want depending on what it is that you want to get but I do have different varieties but it does depend on what vehicle you're looking for”

“@Sally Thomas and others, Carport City does NOT and has NEVER offered financing. There is a carport business next door called Amazing Structures that does. This carport business does not have a sign for their business except for on their trucks.
The owner has been in a lot of trouble for bad business practices, you can google that company to read more.”
