“I’m new to Allegiance CU and wanted to share about my account opening experience. I submitted my application for membership online (Sunday), was contacted the next day, and had my forms emailed. The opening process was very easy and clear. Erika assisted me in the process and was great! She fielded several questions, provided me with thorough answers, and was quick to help! The teller that assisted me with getting my debit card printed at the S Western location (Wesley, I think I saw was his name) was very friendly and welcomed me to the branch. He was quick and efficient. This was a fantastic experience all around. Glad I made the choice to join and I look forward to being a member!”

“I wanted to give Alexus Russell (Loan Specialist) and Alyx Garrett (Counselor) at the Reno Branch a huge thank you! I applied for an auto loan with Alexus and was approved. I had numerous questions that she answered very patiently. She was very knowledgeable, professional and clear spoken, as well as being very pleasant to speak with. I found a vehicle but seemed to run into numerous snags with the private seller. I spoke with Mrs. Russell on numerous occasions, and she was always pleasant and willing to explain things. She kept me updated on the progress throughout. She stuck with me to the very end. Mrs. Garrett was also very knowledgeable and helpful during this whole transaction. She also explained things very well and kept me posted on the progress and necessary items needed. Both of these young ladies checked with several resources to protect both me and Weokie from fraud (not going into all of that). I hope you (Weokie) value these Associates. There service was spot on and friendly, currently they're selling chocolate's (which sparked all the laughs), Victoria and I bust out laughing as it was a call to SpongeBob, CHOCOLATE!!!. “I give the credit union as a whole, 4 stars. I give this particular branch 5 stars.As someone who is naturally skeptical regarding change, I found myself bypassing this branch, which is very close to where I live now, for 2 years and driving 9 miles out of my way to use a branch I was more familiar with. However, I found myself in a crunch for time last week with several transactions needing addressed that day. So with a great deal of reluctance and pretty low expectations, I went to this branch to do my business.To my surprise, I was greeted with a genuine "hello, how may I help you" from an associate behind the reception desk. Not one of those "WELCOME TO BLAH BLAH BLAH" geeetings almost shouted at you by an over caffeinated store manager somewhere. Or the same greeting meaninglessly regurgitated by an employee required to do so. I approached with a little less reluctance but still low expectations.I was there to do 3 things that day. Each transaction was unrelated to the other but each as important. I anticipated being passed around at least twice and it taking me 15 minutes, at best, to complete all my business. Much to my surprise, the person that greeted me so warmly was also able to process all of my request and in about 5 minutes.I left there with a smile on my face and a much more positive attitude. All because someone was interested and empowered to help me. And now I have a new home branch.”

This location is very helpful and answered all my questions with helping me gain knowledge on what I needed to do in order to build credit and help me get a loan. If you go in and need help ask for Amanda. She was very helpful and insightful. I couldn’t get approval for a loan but she went out of her way to find an alternative to make it work and make sure I was taken care of.”
