“I have not always had the best luck at Walmart car service centers but that has recently changed with my visits to the one in Mustang. I have had multiple cars serviced at this location over the past couple of months with complete satisfaction. In almost all instances, my service tech was Garfield, who does customer service right. He is typically extremely busy but has always made sure to get my cars taken care of as quickly as possible. He asks questions and in my experience has gone above and beyond with customer service. Thanks for a job well done!!”

“I lost the tire on my truck while going down the highway. Towed it here that night and they had it fixed and back on the road by the next day. “OUTSTANDING!!! Changed my oil this morning in about 10 minutes. This place was recommended to me by a friend & today was the first time I’ve used them. Definitely will NOT be my last though! Other places I’ve waited over an hour, with an appointment. Not here! You stay in your vehicle. They have a guy below, in the pit, that drains the old oil & installs new filter. Guy up above installs new oil. I highly recommend this place!”

“Fast service, exceptional staff. Went to another location when I first came out to Oklahoma City. Went to this one instead cuz it was a little bit closer to me and I'm glad that I did. The last location was subpar in comparison.”

“I just bought my first car and needed an oil change. My stepdad went to these guys a week or so earlier and they hooked him up with an oil change for $80, so he recommended them. They got straight to it, changed my oil and fixed my oil tracker, and did my washer fluid and filled my tires for free. While I was there, we found some gunk in my oil filter and they had to drain and refill my oil, but I wasn’t charged.
They offered friendly advice on where I can get my engine fixed for a good price and then sent me on my way.

“I discovered this oil changing place a couple of months ago a I love it! They are the only place that tops off all your fluids and cleans your windshield. They also don't make you feel bad if you can't change your air filter the first time. I like this place. the staff is super friendly and the oil change goes by really fast. They're also very reasonably priced. Think I paid $65 for an oil change and a new air filter (i have a ford fiesta.) If you're looking for a good place to get an oil change definitely come here!!”
“Picked my truck up on December 17 this Shop had it a day and a half. It sat at a dealership for almost a week. They couldn’t figure out how to fix it took it here. These guys fixed it immediately. This is a great shop if you want stuff fixed take it here they do it right they communicate they answer the phone. Nothing goes to voicemail. Every time they work on this truck They fix what’s wrong thank you for being a great Shop and very professional”
“the guys here were pretty nice and knowledgeable. they were able to look at my car in a pinch after having it towed to them, since my dad recommended them. pricing seemed high to me, but i don't know much about cars. got my starter replaced and got my car back same day. thanks guys!”

“I just wanted to say how great of a job that Angelina did today and getting me in and out of the auto care center in a timely manner. She was obviously helping some newer employees and directing them on how to use the computer she fixed a problem on the computer that even some of the older employees couldn't figure out and I just wanted to say that she is an excellent employee there at Walmart and you guys definitely need to give her a raise or a promotion to manager because she does a wonderful job at keeping things going and not having to wait on assistance. And for that I commend her she is a great employee who knows what she's doing unlike some of the others that have been there for longer.”
