“From the folks at the front counter to the guys in the shop, we have always had a great experience with Big-O in Mustang. When the shop down the street said the couldn’t work on one of my bigger trucks several years ago, Big-O said bring it in, we can! I’d like to recognize two gentlemen in the shop from my last visit. I had a bent wheel on my wife’s Expedition that ultimately made a flat spot on my tire. These two guys (I didn’t get names but one was Hispanic and the other was White - I share this because I hope this finds its way back to them via Big-O management) took me back to show me in detail what was wrong, what it had done to that tire, the effects I was getting from that and what I needed to do to fix the problem. It makes it a lot easier to say yes to spending money to fix it when you have great guys like that serving me the customer. I really appreciate them. The Hispanic gentlemen even apologize about the delay in getting the align down as he bought the ticket in. I could tell he worked his butt off and I had no complaints at all. These guys just know great customer service and how to take care of the customer. We have been using them for years with all of our personal and business vehicles and we will continue in the future. “I took our Entegra 45 foot motorhome for tires, shocks and an alignment. This shop rocks. Had it in and out in 4 hours and I drove home down rough I 40 and could not believe what a huge difference in the driving there was. Very nice and professional. Everything clean and neat. “I would recommend a stop if you need service on any commercial vehicles. The lady there was very sweet and helpful. They have a nice lounge area with a Tv and soft chairs. They even offered to make fresh coffee. The wait wasn't long even during lunch time and the prices for tire change wasn't too bad. The location is easy to access and not far from I-40.”

Only down side was 2 hour wait, most likely because it was Sunday but they took care of me and my Jeep. And the tech even knew how to drive the old girl, 80 CJ7 with a 5 speed manual. Lost art, I expected to have to pull it in myself so was happy to know that someone competent was doing it.”

“Thanks NAPA for honoring the battery warranty. Purchased this from NAPA in another state. The local Mustang store honored replacing the dead battery and just in time, as the warranty was in its last month. FYI- reminder that if you no longer have your receipt, they will use the date from the battery.
Prices have sure gone up in a short time! So ecstatically grateful for their policy as it saved us about $300 for a new battery, compared to about $200, 3 years ago.”
