David and team took a situation where our truck was damaged from another dealer and then subsequently a body shop and rectified both of the negligent work. We were devastated by the time our truck got to Autologic, not only did he fix our truck beautifully, he was professional and ethical. He communicated with us throughout the entire process. When we arrived, the paint was seamless, beautiful, and completely fixed. He took a truck that was completely destroyed and turned it around. There is no sub par here, they know what they are doing, nothing was rushed just to get it done. It was done right!”

“I came in for a new battery after mine stopped holding a charge. The cashier helping me was in training, but did a great job getting me the right battery.

I mentioned I had bought my previous battery from AutoZone a couple years ago but assumed the warranty had expired. While installing the new one, the manager noticed my old battery had a four-year warranty and asked to look up my purchase.
He confirmed it was still under warranty, refunded my purchase, and completed the exchange.

Everyone was polite, professional, and attentive. I really appreciate the integrity—especially since I didn’t even realize the warranty was still valid. I’ll definitely be recommending this location and will continue using AutoZone.”

“Shorten my novel. I had a brake light go out in my spotless 14 year old AWD TURBO JUKE. I stopped in at O’Reillys for a bulb. Never changed one so I googled it. Everything went perfectly getting the entire light off the fender. Removed the old bulb, tried to put in the new. Tried and tried. Nadda. Thought it looked a bit different, so back to the store 7 miles away. A person came to me, looked it up, nope, correct light. I offered some $$ if he’d help. He headed to my car. Nuts were hand screwed in so he had it apart in no time. He worked and worked. Looking at the grooves in the light. Just would not go into the slot. FINALLY, it popped in place. He had me check all lights to be sure. All worked. He screwed the bolts back in by hand. I told him I’d tighten them. I then offered the $$ I mentioned in the store. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I’m the manager here, it’s what we do. ANY Auto part needs, I will drive the 14 mile round trip to buy there. GREAT to see old fashion business again. O’Reilly’s HWY 152 Mustang Ok”

“Thanks NAPA for honoring the battery warranty. Purchased this from NAPA in another state. The local Mustang store honored replacing the dead battery and just in time, as the warranty was in its last month. FYI- reminder that if you no longer have your receipt, they will use the date from the battery.
Prices have sure gone up in a short time! So ecstatically grateful for their policy as it saved us about $300 for a new battery, compared to about $200, 3 years ago.”

“Odie's did a great job using paintless dent repair techniques to fix some minor damage to the driver's side door on my car. Can't really tell there was ever a dent in the door! Chad was great to work with. Finished the job ahead of schedule and on the estimated cost which was a very fair price. Highly recommended!”
