“Thanks NAPA for honoring the battery warranty. Purchased this from NAPA in another state. The local Mustang store honored replacing the dead battery and just in time, as the warranty was in its last month. FYI- reminder that if you no longer have your receipt, they will use the date from the battery.
Prices have sure gone up in a short time! So ecstatically grateful for their policy as it saved us about $300 for a new battery, compared to about $200, 3 years ago.”

“I was helped as soon as I walked in. I had a nail in a tire that needed to be fixed and another tire had a small gouge in the sidewall. After looking the tires over (which had about 70% tread left), it was determined that the tire with the gouge was not leaking and probably mainly cosmetic. The other tire was fixed, and they didn't try to pressure me into a new tire for the gouged one just to make a sale.”
