“Had an upper and lower control arm replaced in June on my 97 C1500. Did great work!Fast forward to October and I traded my old 97 for a new 04 Tahoe and had a horrible main seal leak. Gave him a shout and he fixed it fast as all get out! No leaks whatsoever. He's reliable and he keeps in touch when working on vehicles. Great service.”

The car performs 10x better than it did before.Theres an extensive revision process to get everything with your car dialed in right. “Every time i do business with Big O Tire of Mustang, I'm absolutely blown away at the politeness, the quality of products, and the speed of the service. Today before leaving, I told the guy working at the counter, they were so fast, they should put the golden Arches out front. My long standing relationship with Big O Started back in the 80s when I borrowed one of my co-workers trucks while he was in Saudi Arabia. I hit a big piece of metal on the road that went through the sidewall of the tire. HUGE TIRE, I'm thinking very expensive. Big O changed the tire for free. I was pleasantly in shock, especially since I was in my 20s, a poor Airman. Speaking of, Big O Tires also gives me a nice military discount. Again, always, always, always grateful!!!! Thank You BIG O!!!!! Seems you have always had my back!!!”

“Depends on who's working. There's a girl that's turned me away removing tires on a couple 22" wheels. Saying their machine isn't set up for 22s, even though I used them to remove the other 2 tires, and had them mount 22" tires. Then there is an older gentleman... he's a rock star. When he's working, the whole crew is very efficient. I wish I got his name. They're friendly, fast and high quality.”

“First of all. I D K Y this location doesn’t have 5 stars for a rating! I have been coming here for almost 3 yrs. Worth the turnpike tolls and drive from N OKC. Ryan, the store manager is honest, forthright, knows his business, has integrity and he’s honest. Never once have I ever felt anything less than of a “friend”! They go above and beyond in customer service. You are stupid if you go anywhere else. Ty Ryan and team for treating me like a “friend” vs another customer number!!!!!
