“Thanks NAPA for honoring the battery warranty. Purchased this from NAPA in another state. The local Mustang store honored replacing the dead battery and just in time, as the warranty was in its last month. FYI- reminder that if you no longer have your receipt, they will use the date from the battery.
Prices have sure gone up in a short time! So ecstatically grateful for their policy as it saved us about $300 for a new battery, compared to about $200, 3 years ago.”
“One time I took my vehicle in and they told me that it didn’t need one of the services I thought it did. They could have easily just done it and charged me for it. Nice, honest group of people working here. Have used multiple times on aging vehicles and will continue to use (but hope I don’t have to)”

“From the folks at the front counter to the guys in the shop, we have always had a great experience with Big-O in Mustang. When the shop down the street said the couldn’t work on one of my bigger trucks several years ago, Big-O said bring it in, we can! I’d like to recognize two gentlemen in the shop from my last visit. I had a bent wheel on my wife’s Expedition that ultimately made a flat spot on my tire. These two guys (I didn’t get names but one was Hispanic and the other was White - I share this because I hope this finds its way back to them via Big-O management) took me back to show me in detail what was wrong, what it had done to that tire, the effects I was getting from that and what I needed to do to fix the problem. It makes it a lot easier to say yes to spending money to fix it when you have great guys like that serving me the customer. I really appreciate them. The Hispanic gentlemen even apologize about the delay in getting the align down as he bought the ticket in. I could tell he worked his butt off and I had no complaints at all. These guys just know great customer service and how to take care of the customer. We have been using them for years with all of our personal and business vehicles and we will continue in the future. “I went into Walmart today to get my tire patched. I was not able to have it done because I was missing a lug nut on my car. The tech Garfield was extremely nice and professional when he was explaining the reason they couldn’t do service. I will be returning because of Garfield. You don’t get a lot of people anymore that are customer oriented. Thank you Garfield.”
“I was helped as soon as I walked in. I had a nail in a tire that needed to be fixed and another tire had a small gouge in the sidewall. After looking the tires over (which had about 70% tread left), it was determined that the tire with the gouge was not leaking and probably mainly cosmetic. The other tire was fixed, and they didn't try to pressure me into a new tire for the gouged one just to make a sale.”
