So I actively hate banks but Kristi and Tyrese literally saved our lives helping us with an huge hiccup we had while closing on a house. Absolutely use this branch. We will be life long account holders for sure.

Really not a fan of this bank. They charge 5.99 per month for using online bill pay. My other bank does it for free. They make mistakes, like, a lot. Way more mistakes than a bank should be making. I've had my paycheck deposited into someone else's bank account, had my check just...disappear and never make it to deposit. It always on the weekends too. So I end up having to wait days to get my paycheck freed up for bills. Completely tired of this place and looking for another bank as I type this.

Really wish they would add a bike rack, no option except to either leave your bike unlocked outside or use the drive-thru on your bike like a crazy person

The woman at the counter was friendly. The lady at the desk was so rude and didn't really help us. She said she couldn't do what we were asking, but I called the 800 number and had them do exactly what I needed. People these days are so lazy. Why are you working there if you don't want to do your job???

As far as I'm concerned it's the best bank in Norman Oklahoma or for the state of Oklahoma because they're all over the state people are great very helpful do anything for you Jim

Only thing I see wrong is the place looks a little wore down on the inside other then that they are great. Everyone inside is nice and quick. Never had a problem here. I live almost 30 miles south of them and work 45 miles the other direction but I'm still trying to keep them as my bank that should say something lol. Keep up the good work.Update... i have always liked this bank but they closed my account because it was minus 13.00. Now they want me to drive up there and pay the 13 and make a whole new account. They say it's unrecoverable? I've been a customer for years and because it was minus 13.00 dollars they permanently closed my account? Ill take my business elsewhere since they don't know how to treat long term loyal customers. Also their app and online stuff is a joke... I've asked for them to set up the check deposit take a picture thing like 4 times over the last 2 1/2 to 3 years and the keep stalling.
