“Last week, was a wild one - slab leak, water heater going out, and then car running and turn lights decide to break right when I start my lunch break - thankfully I pulled into O'Reilly's here and Kasey was on duty to help me out - I know how to change the dang thing and have done so many times on all the other lights, but the turn signal one, driver-side, was miserably right in front of the battery. Kasey helped me out big time, helped disconnect the battery and we got it all swapped out while I was still on lunch - SAVED. THE. DAY. I didn't have any of the tools with me to do it myself, nor the battery removal grips - anything like that, and Kasey came through in a major way while I was already having a tough week.
