“Tuesday August 4, 2026, a little after noon. Our son had trouble with his truck about 4 miles from the store @ 2400 N. Western. My husband and I drove up to help. The hose broke to the heater core. Took us an hour +, 6 stops, a gallon of coolant & 5 gallons of water to limp to your store.
We were immediately greeted by the Manager, Josh. He helped us tremendously! He said he had the parts to fix the truck and suggested we let it cool down for a while. We went and ate lunch, upon return to the store, & much to our surprise & delight, Josh had replaced the hose. I cannot find enough kind words to describe how touched we were at his thoughtfulness to do this for three strangers. The lord truly worked through him to help us out. And we hope he is blessed back more than tenfold.
Your store was clean, neat & looked well kept. When we were at a loss about how to get the truck home, O’Reilly’s came thru with flying colors. While we’re in distress, Josh stepped up and absolutely saved the day. We can’t thank you enough.”

“Enter on Greenfield Center Dr after you get down the street 2 street on your right. No signs telling you where to go. Appointment was at 11 could not get me in early really friendly office staff but I’m at the dock at 11. Space to pull in so not really a problem at all but could be more space for OTR drivers.
