“Shout out to Micheal! He not only saved me from making an expensive purchase that I didnt need, he also guided me towards a proper solution that actually worked! Then, to top that off, he helped me apply solution to my vehicle since I was struggling to accomplish it on my own. The entire interaction he was friendly and respectful and several times gave me very useful information I had never gotten before. His analysis of my problem and quick thinking left a lasting impression on me. This is the type of service I would expect from a store manager or general manager, not a regular employee. “This store has some of the best employees and team members! The managers are very knowledgeable and helpful, this place feels more like the olive garden cause they treat ypu like family haha. But seriouly if you are in the area and need automotive parts or need some honest information and assistance you wont be disappointed. What I like the most is the way that the associates there arent just trying to sell you parts they seem to really try to help you resolve your issues and not just waste your time from throwing money at problems, I cant remember for sure, but think his name is Alex,(Im pretty sure he is the store manager) has helped me several times and always goes above a beyond the call of duty!! Definitely a good choice having a person that is able to set the standards high and leads his team by setting the example of the type of service that every customer should receive. “The new ownership here is definitely doing a great job! Super fast and pricing better than the big shops! They do work on luxury European cars including the battery! They also pump gas at 93 and 110 octane!”
