“I love this store! I make it my business to buy skateboards whenever I'm in town! Staff is excellent always, don't know their names though...lol. The only fault is no veteran's discounts. “Came all the way from California to the Campus Corner Market to pick up a new OU hat and pair of Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 38 Oklahoma Running Shoes. The customer service was very helpful and extremely friendly. This has to be one of my favorite places to shop for Sooners gear over others, as they also had OU hats on sale which I never saw at any other competitors.”

“Shopped here with my boys and wife. Carter helped us and made us feel like we were the only people in the store. He was quick to find sizes and made some great recommendations that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. Carter even helped us pick out a Christmas gift for our oldest son, who is hard to buy for, and our son-in-law with an outrageous 30x34 jean size. Can you believe they had that size in store?!! We had done the majority of our buying online in the past, but this experience was fun and engaging; and because Carter made this trip so easy and pain-free, my wife and I have decided to go back to the brick-and-morter buying when it comes to clothing and accessories, but only ever at Buckle and ONLY when Carter is there to help. He has converted this family back to store buying. He deserves recognition.”

They knew how to do a straight exchange for a different size to be ordered to my home and a return and a purchase all in the same transaction. They were patient and knowledgable! This is stand up service, considering one of their competitors was already closed (Hot Topic). I only needed one thing (a piercing) and I knew exactly what it was, and I am grateful that they stayed open, because I was at risk of having my holes close up!
