I live in NE Oklahoma and and many things are hard to find here that are game day gear worn by the athletes. Went to Balfour on line and found the cap Sooners baseball team wears.
My nephew loved it! He got hooked when the guys went on their run and all the way to title town.
Hat was delivered and it was the right size as ordered. Delivery just took a few days.

“I love this store! I make it my business to buy skateboards whenever I'm in town! Staff is excellent always, don't know their names though...lol. The only fault is no veteran's discounts. “I am not from Oklahoma nor did I go to the University of Oklahoma, but the clothes here are so cute It made me consider applying and becoming a student just so I’d have excuses to shop here all the time and wear their cute stuff. They had a great selection and the girl working was really sweet. Even if you aren’t an OU fan, I recommend checking it out because the stuff is so cute!”
“This was my very first time shopping at Chico’s, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kathy at the west side Norman location. I am not someone who usually does well with clothes shopping, but Kathy made the experience so easy and enjoyable.
I picked out a skirt I liked, and she immediately pulled several blouses from the rack that matched perfectly. She just looked at me and instantly knew my size—every blouse fit exactly right. Her 20 years of experience definitely showed, and I truly appreciated her expertise.
I also want to note that I came in wearing my work clothes and was a little concerned about how I might be received. The ladies at Chico’s treated me no differently than anyone else—warm, welcoming, and helpful from the start.
Kathy turned what could have been a stressful trip into a wonderful experience, and I left feeling confident and excited about my purchases. I will absolutely be back!”

I didn’t save my receipt, I called the store and spoke with Isabella and was hoping they would be able to find my receipt. “Shopped here with my boys and wife. Carter helped us and made us feel like we were the only people in the store. He was quick to find sizes and made some great recommendations that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. Carter even helped us pick out a Christmas gift for our oldest son, who is hard to buy for, and our son-in-law with an outrageous 30x34 jean size. Can you believe they had that size in store?!! We had done the majority of our buying online in the past, but this experience was fun and engaging; and because Carter made this trip so easy and pain-free, my wife and I have decided to go back to the brick-and-morter buying when it comes to clothing and accessories, but only ever at Buckle and ONLY when Carter is there to help. He has converted this family back to store buying. He deserves recognition.”

Kenzie let me look at basically every suit in the store, I was very indecisive and they went far above and beyond my expectations to ensure I left happy with exactly what I needed. Lexie helped keep my daughter content while i shopped, she was so sweet watching her dance in the mirror and look at jewlery. “I love this store! I shop at the one in Norman and also the one on NW May Ave in Oklahoma City. The clerks are very helpful, as soon as you walk through the door they greet you. Sizes are consistent. I haven’t had to try on anything once I determined my size. I never had to return anything because of the quality, or it doesn’t fit right. Lastly, the styles are very cute!! I highly recommend shopping there, or just check it out to see what you think.”

“I went to Maurices in Norman this week because I needed some outfits for business occasions. I was concerned about going alone because I was unsure about not having feedback on the clothes I picked. When I walked into Maurices, I was met by a sweet girl named Isabell who asked if she could be of any assistance. I told her what I was there for, and she first told me the sales and then asked if I needed any help. At first, I told her no, and then I began looking. After I filled my arms with some choices, I went towards the fitting room. The same girl noticed, quickly came over to me, and asked if she could help me get set up in a fitting room. I told her yes, and that became the first step to a great shopping experience. She put my name on the fitting room door (which, later, she admitted she likes doing because it helps her never forget my name). She was running around the store, helping multiple customers, but she noticed I had come out of my dressing room to pick up another item in another size. She came over and let me know she would be happy to help me with grabbing other sizes and items. This then turned into a sort of trip I had hoped for having with my own daughter or sister. She was helping me pick items, giving feedback on the ones I tried on, and coming up with ideas for other looks I might enjoy. She seemed to thoroughly enjoy our time together as well, and not just as a part of her job. I ended up buying twice as much as I intended, and I was happy to do so based on my experience with Isabell! This young girl is very good at her job, seems to enjoy it just as much, and most definitely should be getting good attention and feedback from her managers and others of stature in the company. Because of this particular young lady, I will most definitely be back to this store, and I will be bringing my family.”
“Versona has always been one of my favorite stores. No matter which state I travel to, I always make it a point to visit a Versona to see what's new. Today, during my trip to Norman, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a Versona located in the University Town Center. What made the experience even more delightful was Ms. Tammy — she was genuinely kind, friendly, and enthusiastic, creating a truly enjoyable shopping experience for me. Customer service line was v long. Maraquesah went out of her way to help. When there were price markdwon issues, she took me to the right person to sort this out. It made the shopping experience much better, as I was frustrated with no associates available.”

“I had a medical emergency due to a general anxiety disorder at this store while trying on clothes (oops)… but the girls on staff were prompt to get me the help I needed and made me feel so safe and comfortable. The professionalism and calmness displayed by girls who were probably younger than me is amazing. This was back in July but I still cannot thank them enough as it was one of the scariest experiences of my life handled SO WELL! I returned the next day and bought some really cute clothes;)”
