“Finally a Dollar Tree with friendly employees? This location is well stocked and organized. Sometimes I have to go to 2 diff DT's to find certain products but not this time. This location had everything I needed.”
“Every employee in the store did an exceptional job. They went beyond the best to help me. I wasn't sure what I really wanted to get, so I told them to help other customers and I'll just look around and decide what I wanted. in the meantime, I watched them interact with other customers, and they were all given 100% of what they could give to their customers. working in retail or service industry, people forget how to treat people that are doing the work. Please be nice to these people that are giving you their service. This team definitely gets 100% from me, I would like to thank you for the great service that you gave to me. Thank you so much.”

“I have been to many different Dollar General stores in the country. From Arizona to Oklahoma, I have been to a few. But this place here on Alameda drive just out side of Norman OK, buy far was the best store. Not once have I ever walked into a Dollar General or Family Dollar, and not seen an empty shelf or loading carts littering a aisle or even the entrance of some locations. I walked into this location and thought I stumbled across the corporate office. There was no loading carts in the aisles, no garbage in the parking lot. The shelves were full of products. Everything was visible and priced. I was blown away. Just an amazing location and good customer service as well. If it wasn't for being an hour from where I live I would be a regular to this location. I much prefer it from my home location in Edmond OK. I hope the corporate office sees this review and gives those people working there a couple of bonuses. They definitely deserve it.”
“Five years ago this was the second worst DG I’d ever seen, after the downtown Chickasha store that was incredibly dark and had no AC in August.*Now*, we pop in here at least twice a week for all the things we need between big store trips and we are rarely disappointed! Not only are they convenient, they are surprisingly well stocked (even with supply chain issues) AND the prices are aligned with Walmart and Amazon on most things. We have been very pleased with the selection of cold and frozen foods (meats, dairy items and prepared dishes) and pretty shocked by their baking mixes and wide array of pantry selections. Our teen daughter is quite the baker. When sent on an ingredient run, her dad has taken to stopping here first because most of the time, it is “one and done”.The aisles…we do have to address the aisles. This store is TINY compared to the location on Porter, north of Rock Creek. That one is massive in comparison! You want roomy aisles?…drive a couple of miles. Personally, I don’t mind dodging a few (sometimes more than a few) stocking carts if they are WELL STOCKED! At least they are well lit enough to see and not blazing hot!Don’t forget the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! This is the only DG where I have had a staff member help my child and me out the door with our things. <3Hey West Norman! Get over yourselves! You need a Dollar General in your lives. For a family trying to have all they need for normal while dodging crowds, this has been our little restock oasis!!!”
“Gene is the best assistant manager, which he should get the manager position. Gene went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. The cashier was also amazing, but I didn't catch his name. The store looks 100% better also since Gene started working.”
“Everything went up at least 25 cents. It was 103 degrees today, the store was really hot and humid and the doors were open the whole time we were there. Huge waste of electricity.”
“We haven’t been here in a while, but when we did go, we almost always had trouble finding what we needed. They were usually out of stock of a lot of stuff we needed, so we had to substitute it for stuff we may not have ever wanted.
The employees were usually nice and helped us checkout as quickly as possible, so nothing bad to say about that.
We’d come back again if ever needed to in the future.”

“I gotta say, I went to dollar general today and I have been to this location for the last 10 years and today it has looked the best it ever has. I could walk all the aisles and it was clean and organized and I was so thrilled I told Betty, the cashier that she has done an AMAZING job and deserves recognition for this!!!!
