Getting this lab work done has been really difficult due to our work schedules and living out of town. We had to reschedule multiple times, and today felt like everything was finally lining up—until my 18-month-old got sick in the car right before our appointment. I was sure we’d miss our window.

We went in anyway, only to find out they were out of pediatric needles and were sent to another lab that was about to close. I expected we’d be turned away again, but we were warmly welcomed by Alex and Honey.

They immediately made my kids feel safe—offering a small plush toy, putting on cartoons, and giving crayons and coloring pages. They were patient, kind, and did an excellent job with both kids’ lab work.

They had no idea how much stress we’d been through just to get there, but their kindness completely changed the experience for us. Something I’d been anxious about for weeks was finally off my shoulders. I’m incredibly grateful.

“Slightly difficult to find, Labcorp is located on the East side of Suite 1010 on the inside of the park not visible to the street but not a huge deal. Came in on a Thursday at 11 only had to wait as a walk in for about 10 minutes. I requested a woman as I just prefer to be seen by women in healthcare situations and Lauren was the one taking my blood. She was so kind and thoughtful, asked me my preferences and also without a doubt the most light handed and quick blood drawing that I ever experienced. I was nervous about getting 7 vials done at once and she told me if I preferred to break it up into two sessions I could and she would be there the next day. Quick, painless and even though I had so much anxiety I felt comforted. 10/10, thank you Lauren!!”

“My PCP switched from LabCorp to DLO. I made my appointment online for the location on Porter. I loved that if your desired time wasn’t available, they would show other locations with that available time. Scheduling my appointment was easy and the website a breeze to navigate. Check-in was also very easy. They sent me a link via text and in one click, I was all checked in. (They also have check in kiosks inside.) The tech that took my blood was very nice and efficient. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I was shocked when my results were available the very next day. Overall an extremely pleasant visit. 10/10 would definitely recommend!”
