“Visiting in Norman from PA, I was using daughter in laws car and got a screw in the back tire. After calling several other places and explaining my circumstances this business was the only one that said "bring it right in" after putting his address in my GPS I realized he was only 5 minutes from where I was. Drove right there and took me right in and got me right out. Very friendly, very clean shop, and very understanding of my circumstance. The price for fixing my tire was absolutely reasonable. Timothy always took good care of my Subie while being transparent and even checking in with a phone call to give me updates (and was so patient and empathetic when I’d cry on the phone)! Dakota would always follow up with a call or text to see how my car was doing. I had a devastating car issue with a time crunch, and Tim took initiative to make sure my car would make it to Boston safely (it did!) .
