“Everyone I dealt with at Lander’s were friendly and helpful but especially my salesman Tom Drommond. I bought a new 2023 Corvette and Tom made it easy. He was very knowledgeable and he walked me through the process all the way. He was great! He answered all of my questions and was helpful without ever making me feel pressured. He was the reason I picked Landers to buy from. I had already been to 3 other chevy dealerships and walked out because of high pressure salesmen who were trying to sell me something I didn’t want. I really appreciate the way he made me feel comfortable and important. I knew exactly what I wanted and Tom got it for me. I put my deposit down on my car in December but I’m just picking it up from the museum tomorrow. It was a long wait but Tom kept me updated the whole time. Whenever I had a question or needed some reassurance, Tom was there. Give that man a raise! He deserves it. I say again, he was the reason I picked Lander’s Chevrolet to buy from. “Last week, was a wild one - slab leak, water heater going out, and then car running and turn lights decide to break right when I start my lunch break - thankfully I pulled into O'Reilly's here and Kasey was on duty to help me out - I know how to change the dang thing and have done so many times on all the other lights, but the turn signal one, driver-side, was miserably right in front of the battery. Kasey helped me out big time, helped disconnect the battery and we got it all swapped out while I was still on lunch - SAVED. THE. DAY. I didn't have any of the tools with me to do it myself, nor the battery removal grips - anything like that, and Kasey came through in a major way while I was already having a tough week. It was very appreciated and man that is some crazy-good customer service. Thanks many times over, Kasey!”

“Clean and well stocked. They do hydrolic lines in house and if they don't have it for some strange reason they will assist you in locating HUGE bonus. Good customer service is had to come by these days and they definitely got it! O ly thing i could see maybe is the hours are in my opinion goofy as only open till 5:30 pm. “I had a above average experience with Landers in getting an oil change and tire rotation. I had synthetic oil added and rotation for about $110 bucks. They originally quoted me $116 bucks but when the vehicle was ready they volunteered the discount which was very cool. They also gave me a video and printout of my vehicles health and did not try to sell me anything. I waited while the service was completed in showroom area which was very comfortable and offered free snacks and drinks. Great experience for me, from every level.”
