Weirdest interaction/ they can’t seem to keep the frozen dog food in stock so it’s 1) super inconvenient driving to the downtown location 2) weird the lady on the phone just says mmhmm not in stock mhhmm (she could let me know when they’re expecting it back, say she apologized, anything but just content with me not getting my dog food lol). The store also smells every time I walk in so they need some attention for sure by the main office.

Never going back!!!! I’ve spent loads of money here on pet supplies- for years- and a couple of months ago bought a small diaper for my dachshund , Tootsie. According to the info on the box, it was supposed to fit her, but it was WAY too big! Well, life happens, people are busy….and it was past the “60day period”- I had the receipt and everything, haven’t used or washed the diaper or anything- it was still in the package, untouched. They wouldn’t even let me exchange it for an xsmall. Nothing. I wasn’t wanting money back, or store credit, I just wanted the right size. They said nope. I will not be back for any reason ever, this is the worst customer service- the manager didn’t even budge- didn’t even consider it. Terrible. 👎

So disappointed in this store, use to frequent so many time.. I waited almost 20 minutes to get help with getting a fish. When I did get help, she said she didn't know how to catch a saltwater fish.. give me a break... the manager just stood there.. No I'm sorry or anything.. sour me on this plabe.

Organized clean and great vibe. The small animals they had were geckos lizards guinea pigs parakeets fish spiders rats ect. They all had very nice clean and great habitats. They have great staff too!

Although smaller then PetSmart, I think I may like it more. It definitely has unique qualities. Like the doggy treat bar.

Brandon at the store in Norman, OK is STELLAR!! This guy was exceptionally helpful and kind to all the customers I saw him interacting with and even offered to carry my dog food to my car for me. Protect this man at all cost and give him a raise!

About 2 years ago, I brought a puppy from a breeder to get his nails trimmed at 14 weeks old and they did it no problem while medicated from the breeder.
Now today I bring a puppy from the same exact breeder with the same exact paper work stating he’s medicated just to be told they can’t cut his nails because it has to be a vet to have medicated him.
If I were you, I’d rather just go to pet salon for a nail trimming since it’s so much work to just cut some nails.
