I don't know what humans issues are but I know I've got my own and make sure ain't no damage is provided when I leave a place because I wouldn't want to rent something out with a hole in the wall of course so those people leaving bad reviews I wouldnt believe em if I were you people who do or have

RJH has been the best management we’ve rented from. They are informative and quickly resolve maintenance issues. We are transferring to a larger property that they manage and we are very excited, not only for the new space, but that it’s still with RJH.

We have been renting from RJH for 6 years and we couldn't be more satisfied. Maintenance always shows up the same day, even on weekends, for emergencies and nonemergencies are always fixed in a timely manner too. I have zero complaints.
