We rented from RJH and had a great experience with this company. Friendly customer service, timely response to maintenance requests, and all around helpful employees. Would continue renting from them if we didn’t need to change locations.

Discriminates against ADA. Becareful and DO NOT disclose you have support animals until you sign the lease. Then they will be in violation of your rights. I have already reported them to the state of Oklahoma and may escalate it further if need be.I was also made aware that the residents are extremely nosey and rats are running around on the property. I was simply trying to downgrade from my Texas HOA, 2 story 3 bedroom home at $1345 month to be near my grandkids. Other than that. I would never put myself in the projects at 112 12th Street in Moore Oklahoma.By the way she stated $850 multiplied by three is more than $3k a month. Lol ?. Education not sure I needed a property manager that slow in the first place.

Would not recommend this place to anyone that I know, these people did not get back to me as they said they would and some of the things they checked out for my credit and background, past just fine with other Realtors, so I would not trust these people to do what they say they will, they were more than happy to keep my money and wait almost a week and a half to show me that I wasn't approved.

I started renting from RJH in 2017, the property manager helped getting the new fridge into the house and set everything up. I was fleeing from a domestic violence relationship with my ex husband and they truly were there for me. Unfortunately with the everything going up, they wanted to upgrade and re-list for more than the $975.00 I've been paying for the last 5yrs, and I have to move. Overall, I love my privacy especially with ALOT of medical things coming up. My experience so far has been good.. I will follow up with move out experience..

This has been a really good place to live. They keep their apartments very clean and big free. The rent isn't bad either. I have had good maintenance service and they get to it quickly when requested.

Once I had a problem with my sink and the repair guy was there in the same day to fix it. The main office is also right by my apartment so it was easy to get a hold of management if I had any questions about renewal or bills.

Let’s see I’m a single mom who was in college and waiting on my financial aidFound out the day before I was supposed to get itthat something happenedand I wasn’t getting it.Had to drop outbut that got me a month behind on rent,I don’t have parents to helpmy dad just diedand my mom is destitute as it is without him.Grandparents are deadexcept one with dementiaand shes also broke.Aka I have no help at allnot anyone to helpor even take me in.So Rjh has the cops come give me 15 mins to vacateas they change the locks.I’m cooking the only food I really have. So midway thruI have to unplug everythingand rush and pack a bagfor me and my 8 year old sonwho is at school. Now I’m starvingsitting outside the housecryingwith absolutely nowhere to go.I forgot so many things,I’m so hungry. My son is going to be home soonand I don’t know what to tell him, what to doOr even where I’ll take him.The cherry on top?I have “30 days to get my belongings” which means the place is already occupied regardlessso why can’t they let us sleep here, where there is electricityand waterI already paid for??!& where I can at least make a plan???I’m not sure.I’m guessing it’s just because they can.Very disappointed in humanity today,I am dreading looking at my son in the eyeand explaining whywe’re homelessand sleeping in the car.The disappointment he is going to feel.So thanksRjhFor not cutting us any slack whatsoever and making an impossible situationthat much more awfuland harder to get out of.I’ll never forget how degraded and just worthless I feel right now,Like not one person in the ENTIRE world is on my side or even cares if I’m able to live or die.I’ve never been more devastated andI have never wanted to die more than this exact moment in time.I’d rather die than take my kid to a homeless shelter.

I was a tenant at N Hudson location. My water bills were over $100 per month. I and other tenants were charged up to $150 per month for water usage without a detailed explanation. They claim to divide the water bill among the tenants, but never showed any meter readings or fixed any leaks, so the water bill continues to be extraordinary.

I've rented for nine years, two with RJH. My only advice isto find ANYONE else. Do not sign a lease. Do not give them an application fee. Do not waste your time or money with this pathetic company.

As not refunded for the application fee I put in on the apartment that I was supposed to move into. Hasn't had any response from them. Teresa Webster.

Just recently moved into the glen oaks apartment, had great communication during move in process! So far it’s been great, clean place, friendly neighbors, and surprisingly quit and peaceful for a downstairs apartment. Can’t wait to continue living here!

Watch this place they scam you out your application fees and make it seem like your going to the place then for no reason at all they just deny you. Keep your money go elsewhere can’t be trusted and it is not professional.
