“The fees of the uhaul was alot for a way smaller truck then what I normally rent... the fees need to be adjusted due to the fact moving is difficult as is... let alone hidden fees way after a return... the workers are awesome and have worked with me the last 3 months. “I have been a customer at this facility for a few years. I lease a 10x10 in the 700 block of units. At NO TIME have I ever had problems with "roaches" as reported by some reviewers.The facility is always clean, and the staff is responsive to whatever need(s) I have had. They recently replaced the entry and exit keypads (much needed and appreciated!!)I will (and have) recommended this facility to others.Honestly... if I could find an issue with this facility, I would tell you, but I have never had any problem(s) to report.By the way... the units have motion-activated lights inside. Nice feature.Thank you, 77 Storage, for your attention to customer service!”
“I did have a problem with the first unit, but Malik fixed It immediately. I’m very impressed by the price , the customer service and the unit overall. If you’re looking for something that doesn’t need a controlled temperature I think it’s the perfect unit for you. I’m actually very surprised about the experience since it just looks like the average storage facility.”
