“My emission light came on unexpectedly. The issue was quickly diagnosed and options were clearly laid out. The staff were more than kind and friendly. Since it was not a serious problem, I chose to let the issue wait until after the New Year. I was told that the diagnostic fee would be credited to the final repair. That is service!”
“My experience was better than anticipated. Went in on a Monday to see if they could replace my broken side view mirror on my 2024 MB C300. Service advisor was helpful, provided a cost estimate, and ordered what was needed. I was notified as soon as the replacement arrived and they were able to get my car in the next day. I appreciate that I knew the cost and how long it would take to complete the service. Each individual I encountered was very friendly and courteous. The pricing was fair and, when all was said and done, I paid just a little bit less than originally estimated. They were also spot on with their estimate of how long the service would take to complete. I highly recommend them!”
“These guys will take care of you. I had weird sound coming from my front wheel after tire rotation from Discount Tires. Went back to Discount Tires, they were not sure what the problem was. They recommended me to take my car to Brookhaven Auto and have them take a look. It took no more than 30 mins for Brookhaven to figure out the issue. They called Discount tire for me to explain the issue so they could fix it. They did all this for me for FREE. I will go back to them for future issues.”
“My cousin suggested I go here, and I see why he did! I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Sooner Auto — they are my go-to. There were a handful of very unfortunate fixes over the past year. Timothy always took good care of my Subie while being transparent and even checking in with a phone call to give me updates (and was so patient and empathetic when I’d cry on the phone)! Dakota would always follow up with a call or text to see how my car was doing. I had a devastating car issue with a time crunch, and Tim took initiative to make sure my car would make it to Boston safely (it did!) .
I 100% recommend Sooner Auto to anyone. They do their research before diagnosing a problem. They are kind and respectful. “Visiting in Norman from PA, I was using daughter in laws car and got a screw in the back tire. After calling several other places and explaining my circumstances this business was the only one that said "bring it right in" after putting his address in my GPS I realized he was only 5 minutes from where I was. Drove right there and took me right in and got me right out. Very friendly, very clean shop, and very understanding of my circumstance. The price for fixing my tire was absolutely reasonable. I took his card and gave it to my son so he can use him in the future. TO THE OWNER, THANKS FOR FIXING ME UP AT THE LAST MINUTE.”
“Auto Image did an absolutely phenomenal job detailing my car! They managed to get out some stubborn stains I thought were permanent, and the whole vehicle looks and feels brand new. The quality of their work is top notch, and the price was more than fair for the level of care and attention they gave my Lexus. “Visited the tire shop facing Porter connected to the auto shop of this listing on a Saturday around noon. I had a slow leak, we found a nail, Jody had me in and out in minutes, at a price better than I had hoped. He fixed it the right way from inside the tire with fire. Jody is a third generation mechanic in his first shop (as the owner). Really clean and organized shop. He shared some testimony with me. Praise the Lord! Highly recommend this guy for all your tire needs.”
“Picked up a nail around 30 miles south of norman. Called they said they would take care of us. Well the spare dang near went flat had to call family in norman to meet us grab the tire and take it to them. They did wait for us and was extremely nice about the situation. 5 stars across the board.”
“The gentleman at the front was so helpful and informative, giving a full explanation of everything without talking down to me or trying to upsell things I did not need. As a woman, I am often treated like an idiot and lied to when trying to get service for my vehicle, and it is utterly frustrating. Having someone treat me like a reasonable adult was refreshing. “Got me and replaced my tire in a great time. I was able to leave my car there to be serviced and they said they would call me in about an hour to let me know it was ready. I walked to a nearby restaurant to get lunch. Right as I was leaving the restaurant, they did call me and it was right at 1 hour.”
“The shop and the area around the shop is clean and well kept. Plenty of parking but it can get kind of tight and busy, lot of through traffic.
It was easy to get my car in, the employ checking me in was very courteous and polite. He was very knowledgeable in asking for pertinent information regarding my trouble to help the mechanic know what to look for.
During my repair they kept me well informed of everything being done and what is would cost. When it was done I knew exactly what to expect cost wise. All in all just a very positive experience and my car is fixed!!”

They always have our orders hot and ready to go for pickup. Highly recommend trying their weekly specials - it's always a delicious treat!”
