“After visiting four different auto shops over the last six months and spending a lot of money without anyone being able to fix my car, I was starting to lose hope. Then a Turkish friend recommended Portland Auto and Sami. I explained the history of the issue, and Sami immediately understood the noise I was describing. He kept the car for a few days, thoroughly tested it, accurately diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I honestly can’t express how happy and relieved I am. My car finally runs the way it should. Sami is a highly skilled, honest, and knowledgeable mechanic who truly cares about doing the job right instead of just replacing parts. I highly recommend Portland Auto to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust. Thank you, Sami!”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! From start to finish, they were honest, professional, friendly, and incredibly fast. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly—not just a quick fix that would leave me wondering when I’d have to come back again. It’s hard to find a place you feel like you can genuinely trust, and that’s exactly how I felt here. They explained what needed to be done, treated me with respect, and made sure I left feeling confident that my vehicle was taken care of. Honest work, great service, and people who truly care about their customers. I will absolutely be back when I need them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy place!”

“I live Downtown and I broke down less than a 1/2 mile from my house. I had to have my car towed to Pat’s after hours. I’m a single girl so all the stereotypical issues that sometimes happen at a mechanic shop, didn’t happen here! Dan was super nice and explained everything to me, he kept me updated on what was going on and he had my car back to me by the promise date, plus I found out that my warranty is nation wide. That was a plus for me!”

“My husband stopped in this morning to get this tire and rim replaced on his trailer. Everything was a positive experience - the parts availability, the price, and the service. He was going into this expecting a total of about $1,000, but was quoted a little bit over half of that, which was amazing, for a new tire and used rim. The guy he was talking to was super friendly from the moment he arrived until he left. He was there for a total of maybe 15-20 minutes tops before they had him on his way. AMAZING service. I'll definitely be adding this shop to my (not very lengthy) list of amazing, reliable and fair tire repair shops in the OKC area for future reference.”

“We had the pleasure of dealing with the wonderful team at the Motorcycle Tire Store when late on a Friday afternoon we needed urgent repairs to a Harley Front 19” rim that was damaged the previous day. The amazing owner tracked down a replacement rim and quickly got the tyre off the old rim and onto the replacement. I cannot speak highly enough of the lovely generous nature of the team who stayed late to ensure that we can complete the repairs so that we can continue our 10,500km road trip the next day. Super Cool. Definitely would make our way back to say hi, when next in the country.”

“Had a tremendous experience at Discount Tire this past week. Went in and no pressure. We knew all 4 tires had to be replaced and wasn’t lured into something outrageous or cheap. Salesman went over warranties and price points and within 10 minutes was scheduled for service to replace within a few hours. (2 hours with a text saying they were done) Totally happy with purchase and service. Tires are smooth and quiet. After a few days I forgot to ask about my veteran discount (5%) and I went in after 5 days with my receipt and no questions asked, Discount Tire put the 5% savings back onto my card! They’ll always have my business because they give peace of mind, something not on the receipt but means the world to the customer..”
