This store delivered a package to the wrong address. I received a blurry close up photo showing where the package was delivered. Based on the color of the house, it doesn't look like it was on my block at all. My house has white siding and large front windows. Typically deliveries will be placed in front of my door as I have flowers in front of both windows at the front of my house and no tables. This photo shows it is not my house. It shows tan siding with a small window and aome sort of table or stand by the window. I made a claim with UPS about the package being delivered immediately after I recieved the notification and have not heard anything back from them.
Editing to add: I have been buying bulk toilet paper from the same seller for a couple years. They have alwasy shipped with FedEx with no issues. Amazon shows the package is with UPS this time. The package was supposed to be delivered Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday, and now today (Monday). It has not been delivered.

Had to process Amazon return which requires drop at UPS location. I don’t love that because I don’t have one close by, but this one was convenient when I was shopping at the mall and I was in and out quickly. Service was great!

Very rude guy that waited on me. Not sure of his name but had dark hair. I was in the business about noon. Clearly not able to handle a few people waiting. He should not be in customer service. Never an issue with this business before, but he needs to chill. Making someone feel like an inconvenience is usually not the goal for a business. Based on the other reviews, this is common for him. Customers are not the problem. No one was complaining except him. I just wish I could give less than one star.

The place itself is good and some employees are very friendly (like a long-haired girl and a blond boy who served me excellently).
However, today at 5:30 pm I met two workers who left much to be desired: they were rude, arrogant, without empathy and with zero willingness to help. The worst customer service I've received in a long time.
I hope the company takes action on the matter, because they ruin the experience that other colleagues do know how to give. I don't remember the names and I wouldn't want to meet these two people again either, I know they were a girl with not so long hair, and a boy with black hair. You with the schedule can know who you are, take action on the matter, because I have already heard several negative things from these two people specifically. The only two that save the experience and should be well rewarded for this are the two boys I mentioned at the beginning, a friendly girl with long hair and the blond boy

This location is extremely rude and the staff don’t want to their job. I would give them no stars if I could. Nothing but excuse after excuse. Don’t waste your time stopping here highly suggest going to the Moore location they actually have great customer service. And will get want you needed completed!
