Westlake Ace Hardware is a friendly and helpful store that focuses on providing quality products and knowledgeable advice for all home projects. Customers appreciate the kind staff who have low turnover, making it easy to get to know the people who assist them. The store is well-organized and clean, with a large selection of items, including plumbing accessories that may not be available at larger retailers. Although some customers note that prices can be higher than big box stores, they still find the service and unique inventory worth it. While there may be occasional delays in getting assistance, overall, shoppers enjoy their experience and feel supported in their home improvement needs.

Alex is a committed employee. The respect and timeliness of his customer service is refreshing! He was extremely helpful with his knowledge about the lightbulb I needed. He spent time figuring it out with me, undistracted. I’ve always liked this Ace location. I’m glad I’m close by. Thanks again, Alex!!

Love this location, Friendly service, great Ma and Pop feel with the great customer service I was acustomed to in the past. When the big box store is just to much or overwhelming there's Ace, Where being greeted still feels genuine and not forced. Love Ace!
