I try really hard to shop at this store because it is in my neighborhood and I want to support them. However, the past few times I have been there have really made me rethink this. I tried to buy flowers at the outside garden center but there were no carts. I went inside to get one but there was a huge metal bar attached so I could not get it out the door. I have tried to replace my propane tank several times but they have been out of propane each time. The employees try to be helpful but there is just way to overcome the issues I have encountered.

I hate having to go anywhere else for a home project. The staff here are so kind and friendly and they have low turnover so you really get to know the people who help you. I wish I could give this place more stars!

The associate that was helping us in stihl Was very rude. I asked her a few questions and she was not even trying to give us answers and she was trying to give us a machine and I asked her if they could give us one from the back and she just walked away. Didn’t tell us anything and I heard she is a manager on floor right now 🧐

Never has an employee, I guess they're employees always half dozen standing around doing nothing, ask to help me. Checker scanned price $1.00 more than shelf tag price. I enter only if most convenient place for what I want. I wouldn't recommend Ace to my worst enemy!!
