The sinks and floors in the bathrooms need to be replaced. The maintenance turnaround time was awesome.

Overall, I'm satisfied. Very reasonable rent, at least until unit is upgraded, hopefully after I've moved, lol. Generally quiet complex, except for pool area in summer.
