Went to the Apple Store at Penn station mall, not only to check on one of my apple devices, but to see if they have the iPad pro M5, and Yes! They have it, especially the associates were very helpful over there to ask any questions or answers as well.
It may not be the biggest Apple Store in the US, especially having more stuff like the others, at least in Oklahoma, this is the only apple store to go to, if you need some helps and tips, especially buying the latest new apple devices here.

I’ve visited this Apple Store twice, and while my first experience wasn’t great, the issue (Phone trade-in) kept getting passed from one staff member to another, my second visit completely changed my perspective. The team was organized, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Everyone has off days, and it’s clear that the staff here are human too. When they’re in sync, the service is excellent. I appreciate the improvement and will gladly return.

I had the worst experience of my life at this Apple Store. The staff showed zero care for customers, and if they are appointment-only, that should be clearly stated on the front door to avoid confusion. This location is severely understaffed, and Apple can do better. Oklahoma City deserves better service.
There should be more certified people available to assist with Apple products. The customer service at this store is absolutely atrocious, and walk-in customers should be given priority. We drove there for no reason, and it was incredibly frustrating.

They’re helpful and work fast when you have an appointment ahead of time. Whatever is wrong with your phone they’ll probably have you erase it and reload it. And honestly, that often works. My advice is to try the troubleshooting over the phone with the Apple care team. They can have you pinpoint what’s wrong. this is the only Apple store in town. Apple will say that there’s a location at Best Buy, but that’s the Geek Squad and they are not that knowledgeable about Apple phones. They are authorized to do some very basic troubleshooting. If your issue is complicated, you will waste your time there. This location in the mall is where the pros are.
They have all the new gadgets to try out and a selection of accessories for the latest generation of phones.

Worst customer service ever had at apple store. Went to buy phone all the person helping us said was it was going to take so long to move data over to other phone. So we ended up not getting. Worse experience I have ever had at any apple store.

I made an 3:20 pm appointment days in advance to get my battery replaced. I drove 3 hours to said appointment. I got to my appointment early. I was told that because it was so busy, they will not take the time to do my 1 hour battery replacement. If Saturday’s are so busy, why waste my time by allowing me to make the appointment? If you are looking to get your device worked on, make an appointment as early as possible. They said 11 am was the only time they would have done it.

I’m so very thankful for Jams. He was so very patient with me and answered all my questions with no hesitation or judgment when I asked a million questions. I was afraid I would have to go to the mall for help with my phones but her patiently walked me through everything on the phone. Thank you James so so much.

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment, checked in then waited for 30 minutes before I got up to leave. The man who checked me in said I wasn’t checked in and when I told him he checked me in, then it was the “system” that kicked me out. I think Apple has better software/user system than that. Absolutely the worse customer service.
