If I could do zero I would why is this bank so slow. They have no sense of urgency. I’m trying to move my company from this bank. It takes over 30mins in commercial lane ridiculous

If I could rate this place 1 star I would. Every employee should be fired, the staff has no concern for quality customer service. I have been left waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins several times. It seems this is a common experience among all the reviews. I think this has to be the worst Arvest in Oklahoma City but sadly it’s the only one that serves the metro area. I hope to see corporate show appreciation for their loyal customers and fix the issues with this branch.

This is the worst experience with a Bank I’ve ever had everything that they told me is not true. Accounts less than two weeks old it’s already been compromised and you’re holding checks for an extensive amount of time over five days which I was told it would be no more than 24 to 48 hours if I were you steer clear this bank.

Have had my arvest account for about 4 years, ready to close. Arvest continuously chooses the option that will have you pay the most overdraft fees even if you’re not supposed to have overdraft protection on your account to dip into in the first place. I know they’ve been sued for this before, nothings changed and you should bank elsewhere. Will be closing as soon as my account gets out of red, it shouldn’t have been able to dip into red to begin with.

*Edit: My bad it was $5.00. Transfund charged $2.50 & Arvest charged $2.50. What a rip-off.I have a small business account here. I chose it because it was the closest bank. Setting up the account was a real nightmare, they were so slow. I rarely use this account or else I would change banks. Even on the free business account they charge you $0.50 to use mobile deposit and good luck finding an ATM anywhere, they're not a member of transfund so you either have to find a branch with an ATM or you have to pay $3.50 use one.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn't cash check even though the check was on arvest bank. Apparently the entire management team was off work. There was, is, no reason employees should not be able to cash their checks drawn on an Arvest account. Diego was the only one who acted concerned about our experience. Worst customer service in my 49 years in customer service. Regardless of positive pay, negative pay, no pay, or a million other excuses, checks should have been cashed. Maria had previously said she'd assist us on days we cashed checks, but,she was no where to be found. Three times, (3) times I requested they call Maria, (3) three times as if they cared nothing about these (4) customers, they refused. I'm glad we're switching banks. Horrible service. Not first time, numerous times since May of this year!

This is the WORST bank I've ever had to deal with, in my entire life. What works one week won't the next so they just make their own rules/policies according to how they're feeling, I guess. Their customer service sucks!! They're losing a BIG account due to not only their attitudes & the way they handle things, but apparently there is never a manager there when they are needed.

My question is who works here? I waited 20 minutes in line while I was inside. 4 bank tellers and all but one was assisting those in the drive though. All I needed to do was open a new account. There are over 10 cubicles for accountants, yet only one of them was actually present. The customer service is severely lacking. I've never had this poor of an experience with Arvest, let alone any other bank.

I just got a new job and this is the closest bank I was hoping that they would be one of the good banks that's let you exchange cash for coins, I recently took up an interest in coin collecting, I understand banks not wanting you to return unrolled coins, there are places you should take unrolled coins, but selling coins at a profit should be a no-brainer, Even if the fee is higher due to your shipping cost being higher you should still sell them on a subscription, but usually a good bank just charges you a $3-5 fee for a Box coins

I had a 12:00 PM appointment to establish a business account. At 12:30 PM, I was still waiting in the lobby to be greeted by an associate, so I Ieft. There’s no point of having an appointment, if the time will not be honored.

All I needed was a new debit card, I drove across town to this one, and went through the process of getting it. They told me their machine was down so they were trying another one. Then let me wait 30 minutes before telling ANOTHER customer that their card machine doesn’t work. If I hadn’t heard that, I would’ve been in line longer with no help wasting even more of my time. This was ridiculous.
