Super fast and friendly service. We had an issue with our debit card and they where able to fix it in 10 minutes when calling the 1800 number wasn't able to figure it out.

Staff is nice, but extremely slow. Wait time in the drive through is never less than 30 minutes. It’s super frustrating to have to plan on taking my entire lunch break just to make a deposit. This was the case even before the pandemic, so it can’t be blamed on that. The problem is significantly worse when the lobby... read full comment
