Karen was supposed to deposit $1100 in my account instead she deposited it into someone else account. I went back to the branch and she said she accidentally put it into the wrong account and she would put it back into my account immediately. She did but the very next day it was gone out of my account. So first you put it into the wrong account and then you didn’t even properly put it into the account the second time. KAREN needs to be giving more training. Something like this has happened twice in the past couple months. If you’re thinking of going to this branch think twice.

I recently moved and this is the nearest arvest branch to me. The drive thru line is so slow. I sorely miss my Edmond branch and will be switching banks soon.

I don’t need voicemails from my bank on a Wednesday morning asking me to call them back only to have them wish a happy birthday. I’d expect a call if there is a issue with my account. I do not care nor expect my bank to act like I need a reminder of what day it is.. If it’s possible make a note to never do that again!

I called to report my card lost and no one answers the phone! Went to the website to call the number provided to report my card lost and called 3 times !!!! The first time waited 20 min ! Second time 15 min ! And currently waiting on the phone still for the third time !!!!! 13 min and counting !!! This is ridiculous !!! Makes me want to switch banks !!!! Still waaaaaitinnnnggg !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far so good yes all banks will charge you well atleast the ones I have been will charge a fee even if it's a check from their bank I went to midfrist and I got charged 8 dollars for not having an account and even tho my check was their bank I still got charged so if I had gone to this bank 5 bucks to cash a check with no account isnt so bad but any way am new to this bank have been here for a few months and love it I love the updated account idea every day when I was with first United my account would take days to update love it here so far
