I recently moved and this is the nearest arvest branch to me. The drive thru line is so slow. I sorely miss my Edmond branch and will be switching banks soon.

I don’t need voicemails from my bank on a Wednesday morning asking me to call them back only to have them wish a happy birthday. I’d expect a call if there is a issue with my account. I do not care nor expect my bank to act like I need a reminder of what day it is.. If it’s possible make a note to never do that again!
