While one customer encountered a representative who was dry, offered limited explanation, and was overly focused on opening a personal account during a business account inquiry, a subsequent visit with a different staff member was awesome and completely changed the experience. Customers report absolutely superb customer service, with staff who know their jobs inside and out and can provide exceptional help, such as swiftly updating records to meet urgent deadlines. The team is noted for being very quick, professional, and happy to assist with services like notarizing documents. Overall, the bank is recognized for reliable service where issues are typically not the bank's fault, leaving customers glad to bank there.
