“Shout out to Chris!! I placed a call with (unfortunate) irritation with the bank due to unwanted paper statement fees that I procrastinated on calling for until I was placed into the negatives. Chris answered politely despite my immediate commentary on wanting my money back, and helped not only figure out what may have been affecting the account, but also helped with prior inquiries. He was patient while I struggled to figure out the app (I was multitasking so that was a fault on my end) but never-the-less was willing to start back at square one. I really appreciate Chris' kindness, patience, and hospitality while working with me and potentially other customers he may interact with as well. I ended up ending the call more happy about his customer service than a measely fix on -$5 :) Thank you again Chris!”

“We have been with this credit union when it was called The Federal Employees Credit union when it was downtown in the Murrow building in the 70's. We have never closed it even when we traveled to various places in his time in the military. We've had many various loans through them. Allegiance Credit union is still great. Our son who is 33 yrs old also has an account with them. Federal or Allegiance credit union has always been great to us. They always have and still have the greatest customer service!”

Update: Over a year later CFCU comes thru for us again for my wife & I's dream bikes. Lisa Storie is highly recommended if you are dealing with loans...she is so fast & on top of her game. Really gets the job done insanely quickly when most others I've dealt with at other banks drag loan progress on for days. She really seems to care as much as you do to get it finalized asap. Also another shout out to Melanie for stepping up clutch when Lisa was off work. Melanie was pivotal at getting all of the numbers crunched in order for the loans to work out for us & did so very swiftly. Ty both again I really appreciate you 🙏”
