“I cannot say enough good things about Mina Fowler and the level of service she provided. I was out of state when a mistake at the corporate office resulted in my account being frozen. Needless to say, I was completely stressed and panicking because I suddenly couldn’t access my banking services while away from home.
I had worked with Mina months before and immediately tried to track her down because I knew she was someone I could trust to help. Once I finally got connected with her, it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. After I explained the situation, Mina immediately jumped into action. She took ownership of the problem, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked diligently to get my account unfrozen and back to normal as quickly as possible.
What impressed me most was not only her knowledge and professionalism, but also how much she genuinely cared about helping me. She treated my problem like it was her own and never made me feel like just another customer.

Update: Over a year later CFCU comes thru for us again for my wife & I's dream bikes. Lisa Storie is highly recommended if you are dealing with loans...she is so fast & on top of her game. Really gets the job done insanely quickly when most others I've dealt with at other banks drag loan progress on for days. She really seems to care as much as you do to get it finalized asap. Also another shout out to Melanie for stepping up clutch when Lisa was off work. Melanie was pivotal at getting all of the numbers crunched in order for the loans to work out for us & did so very swiftly. Ty both again I really appreciate you 🙏”
“This review is not for the bank, but it is for a specific employee. I’m not sure if everyone called in sick or if this branch just doesn’t employ enough people to service our community. The Saturday morning line was to the door when I walked in. There are three tellers of about 10 possible. There is a crowd waiting in the lobby for the bankers and there are only 2 bankers and seven empty offices. Despite the understaffing, I had a great experience with Samantha at this branch. She is the check-in person. I needed a new debit card printed and she could have easily told me to wait in that line that stretched the door. I wouldn’t have known the difference and she also had her own line that had 10 people in it. Instead, she said, “I can do that for you”… then called out to everyone in line and asked them, “does anyone here have an appointment that I could check them in?” This is a top-notch employee that serviced everyone within minutes. All with a smile and didn’t even take an opportunity to throw her company or coworkers under the bus when I commented on her situation. I’m seeing fewer of these types of people when I enter an establishment… and that’s because the companies pay little and expect a lot and people are not buying into that model anymore. It seems like this person was working to her own standard and I sure hope the company knows what they have in this employee.”

“A savings and loan performs pretty much the same function that Banks do, but they tend to be more localized, and have lower interest rates and better service, as far as I am concerned. We have never closed it even when we traveled to various places in his time in the military. We've had many various loans through them. Allegiance Credit union is still great. Our son who is 33 yrs old also has an account with them. Federal or Allegiance credit union has always been great to us. They always have and still have the greatest customer service!”
