I don't quite know what to think about this bank. Very elegant. But there is never anyone there. Always one bank teller. Never any customers. But it's fast service for me. Hahahaha. But there is something suspect going on obviously. Just not for me. Strange. But they are helpful.

Madison and Matt were incredibly patient and helpful for me in opening multiple accounts even on a day when the branch was busy. The interactions I was able to observe between the customers and staff at the counter all seemed to be handled in a professional manner
