Madison and Matt were incredibly patient and helpful for me in opening multiple accounts even on a day when the branch was busy. The interactions I was able to observe between the customers and staff at the counter all seemed to be handled in a professional manner

Simmons Bank is really a nice community style bank that has grown to regional size. Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable. The manager seems extremely dedicated and willing to do what it takes to help the customer.
