“Technically a 4.5, but rounded to a 5. Without a doubt the best curating I've seen in a bookstore. Selection is a bit smaller than I'd like, but I also like almost every option on the shelves. Atmosphere is really nice, though pretty heavy on the scents, and is definitely a good place to sit down and read for a while. In the several times I've been here, I've always been able to count on finding some fantastic gems that I haven't seen before.”

“Went there today to pick up a book that I had ordered other than taking a bit of a fall outside ( I’m ok nothing broken ) I managed to get back on my feet thank you to the two young people who stopped to help me up .i went in got my book and came home next time I’ll be more careful where I step ..so far I’ve only bought a few books and a few cds from the on line website and when I went to pick up my order they were very helpful and efficient.my only real problem is the B&N app has been down for nearly a week and no one seems to have any idea when it will be back up. I think next time I’m there I’ll try to just poke around and see what the eye can see .will admit I’m not much into Starbucks but I don’t think they would raise a fuss if I bring my own drink and bought a snack …I’ll just wait until I hear back from them that my cd is in and go check out Starbucks and get a snack and see what new western novels I might find ….they were nice enough to help me with a refund of an on line purchase and they said that they were sorry for the way I wax treated by one of their on line customer service representatives.i had said the person was hard to understand and that they had cussed me out over the phone I didn’t appreciate their attitude I think that person needs to be re trained or fired ..”
“We just discovered this store. My daughter and I went together and were so pleased! Such a great store. Love the variety of books. It was filled with unique and amazing books. Good for all ages. The staff was amazing and so helpful. They are great little salesman. I had 6 books I was going to buy but they talked me into more. Haha.”

The selection is vast, and you can find everything from school supplies to university merchandise. The lady with the glasses, whose name I unfortunately forgot, is absolutely awesome. She always has the answers to any questions you might have and provides exceptional customer service. This bookstore is definitely a go-to spot for all your needs.”
“This is a wonderful college that educates young adults on the importance of having a biblical and Christ like walk with God, while focusing on training them to be pastors, missionaries, youth workers, and Christian educators to name a few. This is an incredible college and has done amazing work training the future ministers of today.”

“This store is solely for pilots or if you work at the FAA. The store is okay as it does provide you with an online website to check out their merchandise. I would add five stars if they could get different polo shirt colors, jackets, and baseball caps. The selection is minimal but they do provide a good variety. I purchased several mugs and an FAA lanyard that was shipped out to my location within a day. Quick shipping is a plus!”

“The lady that works in the cafe (takes orders)is extremely weird. She was griping to another worker about the doors being open when I walked in there. Think they opened a few mins early. Also, the hours for the cafe on the site are misleading and wrong. She looked at me like I’m crazy because I mentioned it and like I should just know the correct hours. You should update that information and make it clear that the kitchen is NOT open until 11:30. I’m giving 4 stars because the drinks are good and I love the bookstore.”

“This is a MARVELOUS shop. The owner greeted us IMMEDIATELY upon arrival. The selection of books was excellent, and there were lots of unique odds and ends to see too. The owner was personable, and he interacted with my family and other customers like we had been life long friends. My husband was curious on some sci fi book reccommendations, and the was able to give him lots of great options. He really knew his books! We are from out of town and will go back to the Floating Bookshop when we visit.”
