“It took me nearly 5 years to get an accessible van that I can drive in my wheelchair through the state of OK. When the time finally came for me to pick up my customized van from United Access, they spent all day making sure that all of my controls were in the right place, making small adjustments until everything was perfect. They're very accessible if I have questions. They are part of the reason why I now have independence as a driver!”

“The check-in and return processes were smooth and every employee I encountered was super-friendly. My reason for four stars has to do with none of the cars available for my selection being equipped with Apple CarPlay. Additionally, the one I selected had a faint smell of pot (legal in OKC) having been smoked in it.”
“I have rented consistently from Enterprise for the last three years from the location on 421 E Memorial and this is my first review. I waited to review them because any company can get it right once or twice but what stands out to me is the predictable expectation that I am going to get a great vehicle at a great rate in a timely manner by staff that really appears to love being there and what they are doing. I rated them at 5 stars but if I could have selected 4.9 I would have because I have not had everything be perfect with Enterprise. Their efforts to get as close to perfection is quite impressive.”
“Thank you so much!! Jesse Was so helpful!! My son drove in from South Dakota and was planning a last minute bachelor party and needed a van for 10 guys on a Sunday. 1130 am rental didnt work out. We got to Capps 15 minutes before they closed and Jesse saved the day!! He was kind and helpful and very professional.
The whole process went smoothly and easily and quickly. The van was perfect! It held all the boys nicely and drove very nicely with plenty of visibility. It felt super safe.
I would recommend Capps 100%!!

My service agent was Camden Kalsu at Enterprise Exotic Car Rental located at 433 E Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73114. He assisted me with renting a 2025 corvette stingray. He was very professional during the entire experience. He gave me education on the car I was renting, left his card if I had any questions, as well as provide accommodations during my updated pickup and drop off time.”

“I had to rent a vehicle while some bodywork was being done to my personal vehicle. From check in to check out everyone was most kind, helpful and courteous. I had to change my return date several times and each time everyone was helpful and courteous. Never put out or upset. My rental was clean and well maintained. “Bridgette at the NW Expressway location is the best. She was friendly, fast, and efficient. Most of all, she was patient and understanding. I picked up my van 20 minutes before closing (5:40pm), I was supposed to be there at 12 noon. A week later I returned the van 10 minutes before closing. Bridgette was there both times and she was so friendly and pleasant, eventhough; I kept showing up close to closing time. Bridgette should be recognized for her customer service and work ethics.”
“Zack was the best!!! He was nice, helpful and understanding. He exemplifies grace under pressure. He was the only one in the office checking cars in and checking them out. Had a pretty long line and he took his time but was efficient in taking care of everyone. He maintained his cool and was personable with each customer while being friendly and professional. Both times our car has been clean, new and nice! The workers there are helpful and nice. They explain everything clearly! Make sure you fill tank before you drop off so you won’t pay the $9.99/gallon for the company to fill it.”

“We flew in for the weekend from Denver for my daughter's cheer competition. Perfect experience here. Took the shuttle from the airport to the rental counter. There was no line, everything was in order and ready. The kind lady saw that we had 4 people and several bags and upgraded us at no cost to a bigger car. The return went smooth, as well. We waited for the shuttle back to the airport for about 10 minutes. It was great and a very decent price. The car was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely we back if we ever visit OKC again.”
“We had a great experience with this location. We reserved online a few weeks before our trip. We were greeted and checked in warmly. We reserved a compact car but was told that they did not have one available so they upgraded our car for free. When they found out we were driving to Lawton, she offered some advice and suggestions. Great customer service. Returning of the car was smooth as well. We highly recommend them.”

“I went to the Budget Rental Cars agency at Oklahoma City Airport. At the time, I had a Dodge Charger V6 3.6L. Since I was driving to Los Angeles, I asked if it would be possible to exchange the Dodge Charger for a Dodge Challenger. I had seen so many Dodge Challengers on the road since Indianapolis, and I thought they were so beautiful; I really wanted to drive one myself. Two very friendly people helped me at the counter. They searched on their computer and found me a Dodge Challenger. When I went to the car, I thought it was beautiful, and when I started it, what a sound! The car shook. My heart skipped a beat. Looking under the hood, I realized it was a 5.7L V8. I was very happy. The sound of this vehicle is absolutely incredible. I'm not used to driving vehicles with a V8 engine, but you feel a real connection with the car; it was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed this vehicle, and I'd like to thank the people at the counter again for making it possible for me to get it.?”
“The car I rented had a bad battery. The first time I started it I noticed the starter kinda dragged...it sounded like low cranking amps on the battery. But I thought, this is a rental car place they will take care of their vehicles...they will take care of me.Well, the battery died and left me stranded. STRANDED.Ultimately though, their customer service did get a local roadside technician to me without too terrible of a delay.I did have to communicate with the Budget customer service afterwards about a misunderstanding with the billing but they were swift to respond to my concerns and we reached a satisfactory result. They did take care of me.”
