Chase Bank receives mixed reviews from its customers. Many enjoy using the drive-thru and find that most of the time their business is handled very well by most of the staff. One teller in particular was highlighted for being helpful and able to get everything sorted out when the only bank representative was booked up. However, there is a consistent negative experience with one specific teller who is described as always being in a foul mood. This teller does not greet customers, never says thank you, and does not ask how they are doing. Customers report receiving nothing but dirty looks back, even after being nice and polite or paying a compliment. This experience is described as being treated like the teller just stepped in dog poop. Despite this, some customers state they will still continue to bank at that location because the rest of the employees are very nice. Feedback on facilities includes love for the location, but a request for an extra ATM outside. The slowest i’ve ever waited in a drive thru bank, every time. Even if there’s only one person in front of me, I am guaranteed here for 30 minutes.
