Incredibly, my PC was up and running within 10 minutes.
What impressed me most was the technician's expertise and efficiency. While he modestly attributed the quick fix to luck, I believe it was his skill and knowledge that made the difference. “My husband and I went in to accomplish a couple of things and we were able to do both with ease and amazing customer service! First my husband walked in for Geek Squad service for his Iphone and Vanessa went above and beyond to help him! She was able to solve his technical issue and then changed the screen protector for him. She did that with a smile and so much kindness and professionalism, but she did even more. She went to find him in the TVs to give him his phone back when she was finished!!! So he did not have to go back over there to get it, since she knew he had another mission. We did not expect that! That leads us to the second thing we needed to accomplish. We had to buy a new TV, which was just as easy and done with amazing customer service as well. Romiro helped us with our choice for the perfect TV for us and helped enhance that TV with the perfect sound bar. He was very knowledgeable, he took the time to listen to what we wanted, he looked up what our old TV was so he could compare it to what we were looking at! That way we would have all the information that we needed to make an informed decision. Then when the decision was made the check out process was so quick and easy. He was kind and so friendly during the entire process. His manager Ushe (I think I may have spelled that wrong, forgive me) was also so kind and helpful. They explained the extended warranty options and made the entire process for both of our missions a dream. The store was clean, well organized, and well stocked. This is not the closest Best Buy for us, but we will make a point to come back here for our tech needs!!! Highly recommend this store and if you go, tell Vanessa and Romiro that we sent you!! You won't be disappointed and you will go home happy.”

“Went to the Apple Store at Penn station mall, not only to check on one of my apple devices, but to see if they have the iPad pro M5, and Yes! They have it, especially the associates were very helpful over there to ask any questions or answers as well.
It may not be the biggest Apple Store in the US, especially having more stuff like the others, at least in Oklahoma, this is the only apple store to go to, if you need some helps and tips, especially buying the latest new apple devices here.”
