Restocking for non-seasonal items can be slow. The store is kept clean and has security cameras. The parking lot can be congested and entering or exiting is sometimes troublesome due to its urban setting with many pedestrians. Checkout experiences vary; sometimes there is a wait for an employee, but having more than one employee helps. A sweet lady is often at the register, and staff can provide great, pleasant customer service with a smile, though sometimes they appear to have had a long day.
I really like Dollar Tree even though things are a 1.25 which I can understand. I like that I can go in get what I need and check out and go normally without much of a wait. I would recommend Dollar Tree to anyone who likes to save some money and enjoys seeing some items that you can't find anywhere else.

I had the best experience at this dollar tree today. All the staff were excellent including the manager Chandra. I believe that’s her name. I wish she could go around to all the dollar trees on the north side and show them how it’s done.
