I was recommend by T-Mobile to go here to get my cell phone repaired, after dropping my new phone accidentally and cracking the glass on the back camera.
When I first stopped to by the week prior to my appointment, I had a really good feeling as soon as I walked in, that my phone would be repaired to like new condition. I first spoke with Jensen who explained the whole process and even helped me get set up with filing the insurance claim. Said all the parts would be genuine manufactured parts that it would only take an hour.
Today, 6/20/26, I brought my phone in for my appointment. Colin assisted me today with the repair. It only took 30-35 minutes to get my phone fixed. Was very pleased with the quick service!

“Such Amazing staff! I do not remember her name but she was so so so helpful. I was there for a few hours today to get a new phone and wanted to start using them for service. I already use them for wifi and that gives a discount so that was lovely. I went to T-mobile earlier in the day an was told my phone wouldn’t suffice for a trade in and if I wanted the trade in to work I would have to purchase their premium service which is ridiculous cause the phone was in good condition. The lady at AT&T took the phone for trade in immediately and had no issues with it. Threw in my discount for being a WiFi user with them, and helped me set up my new phone. I was there for like three hours and she was so nice. Never made me feel rushed when we were trying to get codes n stuff. Love AT&T and highly recommend!”

Maybe this is just particular for me, but I can’t stand sales people.. I don’t like being pushed to make purchases and I don’t like feeling like I’m being taken advantage of.
She was great, very encouraging, informative, and knowledgeable. I never felt like she was trying to push me in one direction or another simply providing me all the facts and opinions I asked for.

“A quick and easy place to sell your unwanted electronics. Just check online to see if they are buying what you have and you'll see how much they pay as well. Make sure to have all the accessories though or they'll give you less.
I've sold a PS5, a Galaxy Pro 5 watch and a Switch 2. You can definitely get more if you sell to someone who's actually going to use your items. But they resell your items and have to make a profit. So keep that in mind.
I think considering that fact, they are fair on what they pay.”
