“Best place to buy just about anything and everything for your home or rental property. Everyone there is willing to help and go the extra mile no matter what it is. The young lady behind the counter did the impossible and dug up a receipt that I had given up on finding myself. She went back almost 60 days and found a cash receipt for me. Great effort and diligence because there was no CC or debit card numbers to use a computer to search. She did it without being put out over it. I really appreciate everyone there. Just great all around people.”
“This review is for a store associate by the name of Haffiz whose positive attitude and determination saved me an additional trip. I came in after seeing online that this location had 4 gang wall plates in the color white in stock (36 to be exact).
When I got there however, none could be found so I asked the front desk and and they sent Mr. Haffiz over. After searching a bit, I was ready to peacefully conceed defeat but Haffiz kept saying "don't give up," as our eyes searched the expansive stacks of inventory. Just as I was expressing my gratitude and he his apologies for my inconvenience he finds the exact item I need; hidden due to the box being turned, obscuring the item/SKU #.
I thanked him perfusely as he truly went above and beyond never giving up even when I did. I AM so grateful and hope management reads this and gives him proper recognition because it's very clear that Mr. Haffiz is one of those special people that truly cares..and it shows. Thank you again?❤.”
“I walked in to get a sheet of wood to deal with an indoor family feline issue. Hugo !!! He was AMAZING and saw my vision. ?? ... he cut the wood to accommodate my vehicle measurements and still keep my vision for the pesty issue kitty !!!

“Great location for this hardware store. Every time I come to this location the customer service is always pretty good and the store stock usually is equivalent to the stock online. It is in a busy location area but surprisingly it is usually never truly ridiculously busy. I definitely recommend this location.”

“I had a genuinely great experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement, and I specifically want to call out Hazel for going above and beyond.
We came in needing a board cut, and right when we walked in, we let an associate know what we needed. My mom has a foot injury and can’t stand for long, so while we weren’t rushing aggressively, we were definitely trying to keep things moving. He acknowledged us, and we headed to the back.
After waiting a bit, we saw Hazel working—he was clearly busy handling what looked like order prep or combining materials for customers. What stood out immediately was how focused and thorough he was. He wasn’t just going through the motions—he was doing the job right.
We stopped him and asked about getting our board cut. You could tell he genuinely wanted to help us himself, but instead of cutting corners, he was honest and said he wasn’t certified to do the cut. That level of integrity matters. A lot of people might have just tried anyway, but he didn’t. He respected the process and still made helping us his priority.
Without hesitation, he went to find someone who was certified. Within a few minutes, he came back with help. I even overheard a manager verifying the other associate’s experience before they made the cut, which tells me Hazel communicated the situation properly and made sure it was handled the right way.
The cut was done perfectly—exactly how we asked.
What really stuck with me is that Hazel didn’t just “pass us off” and disappear. He made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. That’s real customer service.
When we asked who helped us, they mentioned he was new—which honestly made it even more impressive. If that’s how he performs early on, that says a lot about his work ethic and attitude.
Hazel deserves recognition. He was professional, honest, proactive, and clearly cares about doing things the right way—not just quickly, but correctly. That kind of employee makes a real difference, especially for customers who need a little extra consideration like we did.
Give that man some credit—he earned it.”

“Let face it, granite counter tops is expensive any where you go. So if your going to pay for it, why not find a company that is going to do a great job and work with ya.Young Brothers installed new granite counter tops in my kitchen.After they removed my old c/tops, they installed my new double sink, then install the new c/tops and seal it. I have a stove top, which is 35 1/4" wide. The hit this dimension prefect, my stove top slide into place.
