The Branch Manager Mina is phenomenal! She really makes me feel special, she remembers my name and remembers things about me based of previous conversations! Also Lucinda the teller is also amazing, she’s very fast at what she does and every time I visit the branch I always leave with a such an wonderful impression

Although IBC is a bit much as a company, the tellers Lucinda and Anansi at this location have always been a wonderful help!
