“I had an accident and destroyed the screen on my phone. In a little bit panic as without my phone and apps I'm dead in the water. Went to my local T Moble store to see what I could do. The store rep Jeni was helping me make an insurance claim( which would have left me without a phone for two days) stopped and said let's look at your plan and see what I can do. She figured out a way I could get a new phone and keep my bill about the same as it was!!!!! Plus she figured out a way I could add a Samsung watch to my plan. I cant thank her enough! She even stayed after closing time to finish setting everything up. Everyone there was nice to me. Jamie was very helpful too. Jose talked to me for awhile as Jeni was setting up my phone and watch. “I recently went in to transfer a number from AT&T and was really impressed with the service I got here. I will say I’m not a patient person and didn’t want to spend all day doing this and Angel did not disappoint. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful with all of the rebates and promotions. One of my promotions didn’t show up in the app, but Angel gave me his number so I could text him in case this happened. He texted me several times (even on his day off) and we got it sorted. No where else can you get service like that and I certainly didn’t expect a text on his day off but he really went above and beyond.”

“I have had Dobson as both my internet and phone comany for 10 years. Debbie and her co workers are awesome i have very poor health so i have to have a land line and if you pay for the 80 internet shoot...we run 4 smart tv's 7 cell phones rinning on data only so we save our data for on the go 2 xboxes and 2 playstations' ALL MY ADT 24/7 bc i have 2 cameras and spotlights with night vision AND......6 Labtops.....they are so inderstanding. ANYTIME I've ever had a problem.....ive had 4 strokes and 3 brain surgeries...dobson telephone has been more than understanding. . they are kind and understanding...but you have to be calm and civil and understand those ladies all they did was get up and go to work but i guess some ppl think that bc someone works for a company that they do not control anythong except entering data....they come out when i call and they never leave me on hold!! I truly appreciate their servive(pun intended)”

“The technical staff is very on top of assistance when we need it to update our new phones. My family is a an excellent plan. We have been with USC for almost 25+ years. My concern is that at certain times of the weekend there are not enough staff to handle the inflow of patrons. This has happened to me when i just want to pay a bill and there are others in front of me wanting to purchase phones etc. I would recommend to suggest to the staff (if there is one staff only) to ask people coming in the door “are you here to pay a bill” and get them to the head of the line instead of delaying 45 minutes (which happened to me once). Otherwise have at least 2 workers there instead of one especially during peak periods.”
