Terrible service at this location. Did not listen to me, kept talking over me. I drove to OKC to get a pair of shoes for a wedding and they frustrated me so much I just walked out.

Outstanding Service from Chris Collings and Amanda Russell!
I stopped into the store just to kill some time while my wife and kids were shopping—and ended up having one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. Chris Collings greeted me with genuine kindness and struck up a great conversation. It didn’t take long before I realized I wasn’t just browsing anymore—I was discovering my new favorite brand.
Thanks to Chris and Amanda Russell’s exceptional service and knowledge, I went from being a lifelong Cole Haan guy to walking out with four pairs of Johnston & Murphy shoes! They were patient, personable, and truly cared about finding what worked best for me.
I’ll absolutely be back, and I’ll be sending everyone I know to this store. This is customer service done right. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, ask for Chris or Amanda—you won’t be disappointed.

Amanda was such an amazing help i have a hard time with my husband and his memory she went above and beyond so he would not be frustrated. You just can't find people like that. Best ever was never pushy and made it fun. All was great except the little manager who kept interrupting while she was helping. Think he was a temp manager. But she was amazing. We will deal with her for now on .

The store manager, Chris, is exceptional too. He gave me personal service and helped me out with sizing. One of the best stores at the outlet mall and I go there every time I visit

The staff are amazing and professional, bought a pair of shoes a year ago and broke a lace this week. Brought the pair in and they not only got me a single matching lace but shined my shoes up. That’s true customer service.

Audrey was so helpful and friendly, she had her hands full with customers while we were there but she went above and beyond to make sure all the customers were helped and with a great attitude. We purchased what we went for and a few other things my husband couldn’t live without. Great store, great selection and great customer service.
