The store strives to provide excellent customer service, whether you are a consignor or customer. Both locations also offer complete design services, including fabric, upholstery, drapery, window treatments, custom bedding, pillows, and new furniture. Customers have had a wonderful experience shopping at K&N. The sales staff is described as extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the owner, Ken, has exquisite taste, especially in custom curtains. The store has an amazing selection at a variety of price points, and the staging is great and stylish. Customers have been able to furnish almost half of their new houses from K&N, and the delivery service has been seamless and courteous. Overall, K&N Interior Consignment is a must-visit store, with a great selection, superb customer service, and a helpful and knowledgeable team. I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews because my experience was wonderful. Being used to shopping in the San Francisco markets, this store was a joy. All of the sales people were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ken is absolutely darling and his taste is exquisite, especially in his custom curtains!
